★   ૮₍ ≧ . ≦ ₎ა  DREAMY NIGHTS !!

Melody sat on her bed staring out at her window. For once she had a dreamless sleep. She had wanted and expected to wake up somewhere new in her dreams and talk to the guy but it seemed like her unconscious had a different idea.

She was mad but at the same time she felt the most rested she had in a while. The girl watched the sun hit her window and bring the light into the small room making her sigh. If she didn't force herself out of bed Mary would.

Getting up melody cringed at the mirror in the corner of her room, her hair falling messily over her face reminding her of a rats nest. She must've tossed and turned plenty in her dreamless sleep. Opening the door and feeling the cold hardwood hit her feet melody hummed.

She heard her roommates voice in the living room talking to someone else, it almost sounded like a boys voice. "G'morning sunshine!" Mary said moving her head slightly to look at the ginger girl who slowly made her way to the living room looking nervous.

"Is there someone here?" Melody voiced out her voice scratchy from just waking up. "Nope! I'm on the phone with Tina and Sykkuno!" The cheerful girl said popping the 'p' in the nope. Melody hummed walking closer to the couch seeing said duo on FaceTime. "Hey." Melody said making the duo smile.

"Hi melody!" Sykkuno said waving slightly making the girl chuckle and wave back. "Hi Angel you sleep well?" Tina asked giggling at the girls bedhead. "Oh yes if you couldn't already tell from my hair." Melody joked making the others laugh.

The two girls stayed in the phone with the pair for a little while longer eventually hanging up over the fact that melody was begging Mary to cook breakfast. "I'm not making French toast. You can do that yourself." Mary complained making the ginger girl groan.

"Anyways did you have any good dreams last night." Mary said winking at the girl watching her eyes widen and cheeks flush. "Not that it's any of your business but I didn't. For once I slept without a dream." Melody said trying to hide the disappointment that laced her words.

Mary frowned turning back to the fridge and grabbing ingredients for French toast. "Well, then I guess to make you feel better I'll make French toast." The girl grumbled pretending it was the hardest thing to do. Melody laughed shaking her head at her friends antics. "I love you."

Foolish sat in the airplane seat thinking back to the events that happened last night, Karl sitting next to him. They were heading home after spending a few days in LA with their friends. Karl had a Mr. Beast video to shoot in North Carolina while foolish saw no reason to stay in LA without his friend.

"So was that her? Ya know the mystery dream girl." Karl had asked walking with the boy outside of the coffee shop. "I'm ninety percent sure." Foolish said making Karl laugh and clasp his back pushing him forwards.

Foolish sheepishly looked back at the shop seeing her figure slowly disappearing from his view. She was just as pretty as he thought she'd be. Her hair was pulled into a ponytail but it had fallen pieces that framed her face nicely.

And she'd had a kind smile the whole time even when he'd never spoken to her or when she'd thought no one was watching her make the coffee. "She was pretty. If that's the girl you got lucky." Karl said making foolish glance foreword shaking his head.

"I don't know. But her voice, her hair, her features. It was just so much like the dream girl." Foolish said kicking at a stone that was in front of him. "You really should've talked to her more we leave tomorrow morning." Karl pointed out making the boy frown.

The boy knew he should've talked to her more than the simple words he spoke before he left. He should've asked for her number the way karl had, he should've asked for her name. But he just couldn't bring himself to do it.

And karl couldn't just give the boy her number it wouldn't be fair to her or him. He was a stranger to her just as much as he was to her. Plus he wanted to earn and work for it himself with no help from the boy next to him.

"I will next time." He said proudly making Karl giggle. "Thank god it was only the fifth coffee shop we went to, I don't think I could handle going to another one." Karl teased the boy bumping his shoulder.

Foolish smiled at his friends words. It was overkill to go to five stores in search for the one the girl was working in. Hell she might not have been working tonight and he could've waisted not just his time but Karl's as well. "I hope it was worth it man." Karl said making the brown eyed boy nod staring up at the sky. "It will be."
