Sam opened his eyes slowly and looked around to see where he was. "I'm back at the motel," thought Sam as he instantly recognised his brothers duffle bag on the other bed "wait then that means oh thank got it was just a dream, well more like a nightmare but it wasn't real that's the main thing." Sam gasped in relief as he fell back onto his bed. "Well one thing was real my head still hurts like a bitch." Sam said to himself as he pinched the brink of his nose trying to avoid the pain.
"Morning sleeping beauty!" Dean shouted from the bathroom hearing that his little brother was awake.
"How you feeling?" asked Dean when he heard a groaning sound coming from the bedroom.
"Like crap actually." Sam responded telling the truth, he did feel like crap and still had no idea what that dream meant but he wasn't going to tell his bother that just yet.
"Why what's wrong?" asked Dean with his concerned mother voice. Dean had taken care of Sam ever since he was four, after their mom died in a fire Dean promised Sam that he wouldn't let anything happen to him as long as he lived and so far he was doing a pretty good job at that considering they were bloody monster hunters so Dean knew whenever Sam wasn't feeling well and this time was no acceptation. He sat down on Sam's bed to feel his temperature "He's fricking hot!" Dean thought while feeling Sam forehead. "Where does it hurt?" Sam looked at Dean and pointed in the middle of his forehead. "Its just a headache Dean I'll be fine." Sam responded in a serious voice, as much as he loved his older brother he was way to over protective and never let anything get past him. Sam got up and tried to go to the bathroom not expecting to feel as dizzy as he did and nearly feel to the ground but Dean fought him just as he was about to fall. "Easy there kido," Dean caught Sam and put him in bed, "you sure your up for the the hunt today?" Dean knew that his brother shouldn't of been going in his condition but he decided to leave that decision up to his little brother.
"Yeah I'll be fine," Sam looked up at Dean and gave him a half hearted smile to try reassure him that he was fine but Dean could see past that.
"Ok fine then your the boss." Dean said as he walked into the kitchen to get some breakfast for his little brother.
"Oh and Sammy I got you some clothes out to wear today." Sam stood up still feeling a little dizzy but better and walked over to the bench where his brother laid his clothes out for him. Much to Sam's surprise it was the exact same outfit that he wore in his dream, well the other Sam anyway. Sam decided not to question got dressed and went to the kitchen to see his brother standing there with a bowl of cereal waiting for him.About an hour and a half later John had come back from his supply run and the three Winchesters were in the car ready for their next hunt. Sam had put on his earphones so he couldn't hear what his dad and brother were saying in the front. Sam was looking out the window of the car and couldn't help but get the feeling that he had been there before. "It can't be." Sam thought as he leaned back in the seat and closed his eyes. Knock knock, Dean had gotten out of the car and started knocking on his brothers door to wake him up. "God why couldn't you just let me sleep for five more minutes" Sam thought as he opened the door and got out of the Impala. "Well were here," said Dean looking happy to finally get of the car. "How long were we in the road for?" asked Sam while reaching into the trunk of the car to pull out a shotgun.
"Funny I wonder if this is how most kids spend Sunday's with their family's," thought Sam while he was loading up his shotgun with bullets.
"Around five hours tops," said Dean watching his brother load his shotgun.
"If you do well Sammy we can get ice cream after!" said Dean using a sarcastic voice, Sam wouldn't admit it but he wouldn't mind that. "Thanks but no thanks. Lets just kill this thing and get out of here," said Sam.
"Sounds good to me." Dean wrapped his are around his little brother and walked into the woods to meet up with John who had already started taking a look.
