Chapter 9: Truth revealed.

Vanessa looks for a rattle, a binky, anything to calm Gregory down before Freddy comes in. The Daycare Attendant attempts to grab Gregory. The manager dodges. "You take orders from me! This robot needs to be brought to Parts and Service! It's glitches will cause him to get a new endo!" The Daycare Attendant was terrified "I don't want to have a new endo!"

A customer asked "Is he your baby?" "Yes, he's my baby. I am fostering him and he's fussy." The manager answers. Vanessa thinks "Add more contradictions that will make Freddy prove you wrong." But said "And he's my foster brother. He was taken by robots with a glitch in them. Luckily the Glamrocks found him and brought him here." "Okay then." Says the customer.

The manager was having a hard time holding a squirming Gregory. "Stay still and quit crying!" "The manager isn't Gregory's foster father! Freddy Fazbear is his adopted father!" The Daycare Attendant yells. "He didn't sign any adoption papers, so I don't see proof." "He fed, changed and protected Gregory from animatronics who tried to kill him! He's Gregory's adopted father!" The Daycare Attendant mentioned. Customers were confused. "Freddy adopted a child?"

Freddy and the others came to Superstar Daycare. Vanessa sees them. "Dad, give the baby to the animatronics." The manager sees the animatronics. Vanessa sees a fearful manager, with eyes wide as saucers, and shaking in his boots. Customers in the daycare were watching. The manager said "Freddy... Here's your son." He gives Gregory to Freddy. Freddy grabbed Gregory and was holding him close.

He comforted Gregory. "It's okay Superstar. I'm back." He said calmly to Gregory. He rubbed Gregory's back. Gregory was calming down. Customers were now going "Awwww." The manager said "It was a misunderstanding." Sunnydrop asked "Moondrop asked 'Can I turn the lights off, please'?" Chica tells Sunnydrop "There are toddlers here, and we don't want to scare them."

Sunnydrop looks at the manager. "You're lucky the lights are on." Glitchtrap was getting annoyed with how things are going. He let the group enjoy their victory, waiting for the right moment. The manager leaves and Vanessa follows. Freddy remembers he has to do meet-and-greets and a birthday party. He doesn't want to leave Gregory, who's now nuzzling in his arms.

"Sunny, I would like for you to come with us." Says Freddy. One of the daycare workers secretly hopes Sunnydrop/Moondrop leaves, remembering the last time someone turned off the lights. Another daycare worker didn't want Sunnydrop to leave. Even if some parents and children are afraid of the Daycare Attendant, the other kids love him. Sunnydrop looks at the kids. "I'll return soon."

The toddlers were okay with Sunnydrop leaving. "Okay!" And continue playing. The Glamrocks and the Daycare Attendant leave. Glitchtrap starts possessing the manager. The manager feels a headache. "Vanessa dear, I will go meet security guards. Go have a fun time." Vanessa could hear Glitchtrap's voice with the manager's voice. She follows them and wonders what Glitchtrap is planning.

Freddy and crew had finished meet-and-greets. There's photos, kids in line wanting autographs and selfies, and adults talking about how great the "reenactment" of their cartoon is. Talking about the "reenactment" was irritating for the animatronics but they kept silent. Now Freddy is playing with Gregory, holding Gregory's hands to teach him to clap.

Chica was sitting on Freddy's couch, eating a pizza she ordered from a pizza delivery S.T.A.F.F. bot, Roxanne was brushing her hair, fixing it up in case any Roxanne Wolf theme birthday party commences. Montgomery Gator was sitting on Freddy's couch next to Chica, tired from meet-and-greets. The Daycare Attendant was with Freddy as he was looking for soft baby toys.

"The meet-and-greet was tiring." Says Monty. Roxy finished brushing her hair. "Your performance was perfect today! Thank you. I am the best. I am the best!" She said in a mirror. Chica stopped eating. "Last thing to do before we focus on Gregory is the birthday party for the rich kid. Then we can eat more pizza!" Freddy stopped when he went to grab a toy from the Daycare Attendant's hands.
