It is a sunny morning where we all met at a armenian place as it is 4 years since the passing of Robert Kardashian senior and we all got together and discuss memories of him, Kim mentioned always having hot tea or cocoa, Kourtney watching old movies and young rob in him coming to his room at night to say prayers, however myself and kris notice that Khloe is quiet and brooding but we are concerned that she still has grief and emotions to deal with 

Later on the girls are working dash, kim is doing some shopping for herself, Khloe is trying to clean before closing while Kourtney is ordering as i am pulling up i hear a commotion when i see khloe toss out a box yelling at her sisters before she storms out i blow it off and help kim put her clothes in box and start helping the girls clean up

Later that night the girls go to a night club where they notice that Khloe is drinking heavily and the sisters are for once not fighting when aegon comes around and noticing khloe is not there and places his hands on his head

Khloe is driving home and is halfway home when she is pulled over by a CPD OFFICER who puts her through a sobriety test before arresting her for a DUI once she is there she is able to call kourtney to tell her she is in jail but stresses not to tell mom or kim. however Kourtney calls kim and tells her the situation and they are worried but tells kim not to tell kris and definitely not bruce and absolutely not to tell Uncle D he is in vegas and can't do anything
