"Knock, knock"
Gauri opened her room's door while wiping her tears and frowned faintly
Gauri: I said leave me alone!
But she saw Dahab, Ragini and Rudra out of their rooms standing in the hall looking confused at Francine whom standing before them!
Gauri: what is going on?
Francine: there is a family gathering in the reception after 23 minutes, please change the mourning clothes and wear your usual clothes, and be in the reception after 15 minutes
Gauri: Gathering?!!!
Rudra frowned: who dares to ask us to stop our mourning on bhai?!!
Francine: its Mrs. Singh Oberoi's orders
Raja: You mean Anika?!!
Rudra: is Bhabhi okay?
Francine: after 23 minutes she will meet you there, she expects you all to be presented in time, not a minute late, thank you
Ragini frowned: Rudra asked you if she okay, answer us (then she frowned deeper) to hell with that, I will see her
And she was going to Anika's room but Francine stopped her
Francine strictly: Mrs. Singh Oberoi is spending time with her children, she isn't ready and will meet you at the time, so please be ready at the time
And she entered Anika's room and they all looked at each other surprised
Ragini: I don't understand, Anika this morning was barely talking and now she is calling for gathering?!!!
Gauri frowned: I won't change my mourning clothes, this is too much (then she looked at Raja) you are now the head of this family bhai, say something!!
Raja frowned: I am not the head of this family, Gauri; and if you want me to say something then
You will do what Anika asks you to do; we all will, because we owe that to her (then he bowed his head) and we owe this to Shivaay (then he raised his head) Anika is the head of this family from now on and all what she says is orders to me and you, am I clear?
Gauri swallowed and nodded, then entered her room; Ragini and Rudra looked at Raja with faint smiles then entered their room as well and Dahab looked at him sadly and put her hand on his cheek and a tear skipped his eyes
Raja frowned: I know...I was jealous of him...and wanted to be like him... but I never wanted to take his place
Dahab: we all know that, Gauri is just so young and lived her whole life in Shivaay's care, he was not only her brother he was a father to her; she must feel unprotected after his loss and without thinking looking for another father figure to live in his protection
Raja: not only Gauri lived under Shivaay's protection, we all did, we all are orphans without him
Dahab hugged him; and he hugged her back and they entered their room as well and after 15 minutes, they all were out of their rooms and descended the stairs only to be surprised by finding....
Raja: what are you still doing here? Didn't Anika say she doesn't want to see any of you again? Please get out, only Prince Pratap is allowed to stay here and he doesn't want to see you either.
Arjun and Arnav looked at each other then bowed their heads, and Malika didn't even raise her red covered with tears face from Lakshmi's shoulder
Sardar: we were going son, but Anika sent Francine to us to wait for her
