when he arrives I ran to the ambulance. she helped dad out of the ambulance and brought him to the room that we made ready so he could stay there . when he came out of the ambulance I wanted to go to him but Georgia would let me near to him she said ' this is nothing for little children' she acted like I had nothing to do with him . when I saw him I was shocked of how he was looking .

Aunt jess came stand with me and I hugged her immediately .

an hour later maybe two Georgia said that we could see him and that he was asking after liv. I immediately jumped up and I wanted to go to dad but she stopped me again she said that only liv could go or family . unbelievable that she thought that I was some stranger.

I looked her in the eyes and said : ' I'm his daughter I'm liv so if I where you I would shut my mount over that stranger not can come in because as far as I know there is a stranger in there for the last 2 hours' she stood there with her mouth open listening to what I was saying just like the rest of the family.

Then she did a step away and did a sign that I could go in . I ran to him and wanted to hug him bud I didn't know if that was a good idea. But I did a sign that I could hug him so I did . I asked him what happened. he tells me that it is a long story and that he will tell when he is recovered. ten I ask him if it is true. he asks: ' if what's true?' I say ' that you are going to move to Daytona ' there is a silence for a few seconds and then he finely say : ' yes and I hoped that you were coming with me and gorgia but if you don't want to you can stay here but we are only going to see each other while the holidays and maybe not always because we are going to go also to gorgia her family' '

and there I stood whit my mouth open didn't know what to say instead from answering there are coming a few tears coming out and I ran the room out

. the next few days I was avoiding Georgia and dad . and when they ask what is going on I say that it is nothing and when Georgia come to me to talk I say that I need to be somewhere and I leave. I mean he literally choose her above me! a few weeks later is he recovered enough to walk with crutches. I went to school early. when I came home my dad was waiting for me.

He ask if I wanted to sit . and I said yes ; he excuses himself about the way he said everything and that he didn't tell it earlier . and that he really missed me. than he asked the same question as a few weeks ago :' do you want to come with us ?' there was a silence again but after a few seconds I answered : ' no my life is here and you promised that we would spend time together and that we would stay here but you were lying again you are always the one that say that you can't break a promise but now you are doing it yourself you only think only of yourself but just that you know you can't force me to come with you and that idiote strange woman ' I was started to scream and I think everyone was looking

. my dad sad: ' that strange idiot woman has a name Georgia I don't want you to call her like that!' I yelled back with tears in my eyes : ' that's not my point do you know how crazy you sound you said that this is going to be your last assignment and after that we are going to spend time together here in Chesapeake chores .don't you know how long I have been waiting for that. I've spent the last 5 years with barely seeing my own father and then he come home almost dead and I need to hear from a stranger that you are engaged and that you are going to move to the other side of the country. and when I asked you about it the only thing you say is are you going to come with me ?! like it is the most normal thing on earth and now you are mad at me ?!' and I ran away again crying.

the next midday I go home, and my dad stands there with Georgia. Georgia was leaving without him. when the car left I came closer my dad stood there and look at me and said :' you were right this is my home and I made a promise so I stay here Georgia told me after I told her that if I don't go with her that she wanted to break up so I'm sorry really'

I ran into his arms and hugged him and said 'sorry but I'm really happy that you are staying' he started to laugh . weeks went by and dad and I spend a lot of time together it was quite fun. granny decided to move here and dad helped her.
