Part Two

My alarm goes off. It's way too early to be getting up in the middle of summer, but I agreed to a job, and I might be getting into a bit of a messy situation, My employer's husband subscribes to my OnlyFans. I mean, this is weird, what are the odds, should I go to the casino and try my luck at the slots? This is just weird.

I shower and dress for the day. Shorts and an oversized crop tee. My usual everyday clothing. I had texted my friend when I got home Thursday about what happened, she laughed and couldn't believe it. Then proceeded to tell me to make sure I flaunt my stuff and make him wish he could have me. She would say something like that, the girl loves to flirt, and is always with a new guy. Nothing wrong with that of course, it just wasn't how I was raised. One man, no pre-marital sex, and I should spend the rest of my life with him. I tried that and look where it got me. Now it's just me, myself, and I, and of course my few thousand subscribers. I giggle at my inner dialogue. It's four-twenty-five by the time I finish getting ready. I rush to the door and grab my overnight bag packed with all my toiletries, clothes, and books. Can't leave home without my books. I head out to my car, throwing my bag in the passenger seat and then getting in. It was already starting to get hot out and the inside of my car was stuffy. I pull out of my driveway and head south to my new job.

I pull in, and only a couple of lights are on in the house, kids must still be asleep. I head up the steps and knock gently trying to be as quiet as possible. A few minutes pass and Deborah shows up at the door with a smile.

"Good morning! I hope you like coffee, I made you a macchiato, it's sitting on the counter! I gotta finish getting ready and then head out."

"Thank you, and okay I'll get started on breakfast for me and the kids then." I say as I follow her into the kitchen.

She shows me where everything is before rushing off back upstairs and into their bedroom.

I cook bacon and eggs and hashbrowns, cut up some fruit and then set out plates out at the table. I pour glasses of orange juice for everyone and get the food plated. I turn around to grab some napkins for the table, and jump startled by the four children standing in front of me. Three in their school uniforms, the toddler still in PJs.

"Hey, kids I made breakfast. Wait why are you dressed for school? Isn't it summer break?"

Maren, the oldest speaks up. "No, mother makes us go to school all year, during the summer we see a private teacher with about seven other kids. Mother thinks that summer dumbs kids and that we need to keep our brains ready, not wasting away on the couch." Her sassy attitude thick.

"So, I'll have the whole day with just Marlee?" I ask.

Deborah steps into the kitchen grabbing a breakfast sandwich from the microwave. "Yup, just her, the kids get out at two and the bus drops them off here at about three, sometimes later. Did you go all year round?" She asks me before taking a bite of her sandwich.

The kids climb into their chairs and begin to eat. "No, I had a summer break, and spring, fall and winter."

"They get those three. I just feel the three-month gap really hurts them more than helps, thankfully their private school works with parents like us about sending them all year. They have a private teacher during the summer months. Oh shoot, I do need to be going, I'll see you kids Friday, please be nice to miss Lexi and make sure to get homework done before you play. Lexi, the keys to my husband's van are hanging up over there, if you need to go anywhere please don't hesitate to take it, he won't mind, he drives his truck to work anyway, the van was if I was ever gone, before we had a babysitter just live here during the week. But, I need to head out. Love you kids. Good luck Lex." Deborah turns and leaves.
