Sunny days and rainy nights (rain x og oc)

The willow tree

I shut the door behind me and turn on my heel to face the huge tree. The big tree is as wide as bus and as tall as the ministry. Not to mention it's long beautiful green leaves weaving down close to the ground, giving shade to whomever sits underneath.

I walk over to the tree, I bit off the stone path, to touch one the leaves and take in its beauty. The sun blaring down on me as I stand there. I got dazed thinking about what happened earlier with Rain. I got snapped out of my thoughts when a bird flew too close to me. I remembered what I was out here for and continued walking down the path. Noting small things like the shapes of the stones on the path, flowers, and how the grass was slightly overgrown. Thinking about a mix of things like Rain, all your ghoul friends, what this garden will look like, what was those boxes... ect..ect..

I got to the rather small garden. It surrounded a small stone fountain, in front of dark green hedges. Dirt outlined a box around the area, begging to be filled with seeds (see what I did 😏) trees also were shading the area... but they weren't as big as that willow tree.

I looked around the area for a bit. Making mental notes about things to help this garden look alive again. I look down at my phone again and see a text from Rain

Rain: we'll be done with practice in 20 ish minutes

Ravin: okie dokie

I've always wondered what they were practicing. It always seemed to be important. Were they practicing sports? Arts? Something?? I whipped a sweat bead off my forehead and started to walk back to the door with the willow tree just outside. This time I didn't stop at the willow tree, I just went inside. I felt sticky from sweat. Just wanting to shower and be with Rain. I walked back up to my room seeing it's been 5 minutes since rain texted me. I slipped out of my clothes and into the shower.

My body was wrapped in a towl and my hair was wet. I stepped outside my bathroom without looking, humming away to a song. I grabbed a bra and some underwear. My humming was broke by a voice, "you probably don't want to drop your towel.." Rain Said laying on my bed looking up from the book I am reading. I jumped at the scare Rain just gave me. "rain, what the hell? What if I walked out with nothing on!" I yelled out embarrassed. The ghoul just looked at me blankly and looked back down into my book. Hiding the fact that he was blushing. I rushed to grab pants and a shirt to wear to bed and rushed back into the bathroom.

That fucking idiot... what was he thinking? I sighed as I reached the mirror. I looked at myself, hating who's reflected back. I turn away to change. I grabbed baggy sweatpants and a black short sleeved crop. My hair was still damp but I brushed it. A knock is heard on the door. "Ravin, you good in there?" Rains soft voice went through the door. "Yeah I'm almost done" I finished brushing my hair and I turned around to shelf full of makeup and perfumes. I grabbed a rose scented perfume, and sprayed it on me. I opened the door to my bathroom to see rain on my bed again waiting. I walk over to my bed tired. I jump into my bed next to rain.

He was calmly reading something on his phone. Since it was just me and him again I decided to ask a question. "Why do you guys practice? What do you do? And why?"  I shifted in my bed to look at the ghoul. Rain let out a small chuckle, "you're joking? You don't know yet?" I looked at him confused "..no?"  He smiled in response "hold on" he looked down at his phone then typed something then showed me a video of dew and Aether fighting on what looks to be a stage. He scrolled down to another video, it was Rain, with a white bass, playing along with a song I've swear I heard before. "That's you guys..?" I said while the video still plays. Copia's voice strung out,
singing but the video kept on rain. He pulled the phone down to his lap, "we're a band. I have no idea how you didn't know." He chuckled out. My mind was still on that last video he showed me. He just looked so hot standing there playing along. I was broke out of my trance by rains hand waving In front of my face. "Earth to Ravin?" I blankly looked at Rain. "okay then.." he huffed out while getting up. I realized he was leaving. "Wait! What is the band called?" Rain turned around to face me. "Its called ghost... Oh and remember dinner is later since the practice." I hummed in response. Rain turned back around and left my room. He seemed to be mad or annoyed so I didn't pry or ask, but I was concerned from the fast mood swing.
