Neteyam POV:
I sat down next to my boyfriend. It was awkwardly silent, I looked up in the sky and started to tear up. Aonung looked at me worried.
"What's wrong, baby boy?" He wiped the tears off my face and smiled.
"I'm sorry, I'm just scared," I remarked.
"About what?" Aonung asked.
"You know, coming out," I sobbed. He caressed my cheek and kissed it.
"It's ok, you can do this, but I'm not forcing you to, do it when you're ready," Aonung said. I smiled at him and gave him a big, fat kiss on the cheek. "I'll see you tomorrow," I said. We hugged for the last time before we went separate ways.

I arrived home, the aroma of the food dragged me inside the pod. "Wow it smells nice in here!" I exclaimed. My mother smiled,
"Your favourite, fish curry is ready." Everyone sat around the table and ate the food. "This is bussin," Lo'ak said. Kiri rolled her eyes,
"That's not even funny." Meanwhile, Tuk was laughing her head off and smacking Kiri's hand. I chuckled,
"I agree with Kiri."
"Settle down kids," my father demanded. Everyone was drop dead silent.
"Neteyam I need to speak to you," my father said. I nodded. What was it? I hope it's nothing serious, please don't be about Aonung.

"Neteyam, I need you to be honest with me," my father sighed. I already knew what was coming up, I couldn't help but burst out into tears. "I knew it, you and Aonung?" my father asked. I nodded in shame. He held my hand for support.
"No need to be ashamed, son, I love you for who you are no matter what," my father stated.
"Really? But how did you know about this," I asked.
"Let's just say, Tuk started gave me hints," my father said, scratching the back of his head.
"Oh I'm going to kill her!" I exclaimed. He laughed,
"You better behave."
"Thanks for being supportive about it, dad," I said. He smiled and came in for a hug, it was a long father and son hug. I haven't hugged my dad in ages, he's always out in war. The feeling is so nice, I hope to be like him when I'm older,
a might warrior.
