CONFIDENCE is something everyone talks about telling us its the most important thing that we need and I totally agree but they never tell us how to gain it . Being confident is somewhat difficult you may not want to accept it but it is and that's the reality . What I want is for you all to first and formost have a reality check . Don't be delusional in thinking stuff like you know I can become confident in like 2 or 3 days cause you wont be able to do it . Confidence can be gained by being consistent and ill tell you why you need to be consistent as well now .

Confidence can be obtained when you fell good about yourself . Im talking about every single part of you here needs to be good enough for not ANYONE ELSE but only YOU . You all must be like ''what is this bitch talking about ? She tells us self love is very important but tells us to change ? '' trust me your heading the wrong way . What I meant to say was that you should take care of yourself and don't let youself go or you cant improve yourself or your confidence if you just sit like this in your bed acting lazy . Trust me I am human as well and I love my bed but in order to feel good , feel sexy , feel like a million bucks , feel confident you need to get out of your bed and get your ass to work its what you have to do for improvement in both yourself and your life .

What I advice you is :

1 WORKOUT = I know how much we hate working out in the beginning , like we would just rathe sit in bed and watch a Netflix series with some snacks beside us . But YOU need to get out of bed and open youtube and get any workout video from any youtuber you like . Anything is fine as long as it keeps you moving . I would recommend you Chloe Ting , Ema Wong and Lilly Sabri workout videos . And if you are a beginner to working out your body I would recommend at least 2 videos per day , you can do it in the morning right after you wake up drink some water and get to it . If I tell you about myself I workout when I am about to sleep as I don't have my dinner . I tend to have enough food during breakfast and lunch and don't feel hungry during dinner so I tend to workout at night . If you wold like to workout at night just like me sure you can do it as well but don't workout after having a full meal it can harm you as the food hasn't been digested yet . If you start getting used to working out you can add up the number of videos you do daily to your limit . And remember only you know your limits . If you have a gym nearby you can workout at a gym as well and if you are an early bird you can go for a walk in the morning as well but if you are a night owl then just working out is fine as well . Going on a walk in the morning helps you to freshen up right from the beginning of the day which helps you be active the entire day . Whereas working out helps you to be fit , gives you a good physique , tones your body and muscles , improves strength , and due to all these attributes they make you more confident . Keep one thing in your mind tho THIS IS FOR ME , NOT FOR ANYONE ELSE BUT JUST ME . You do this only for yourself not for anyone else . Ofcourse you may want to prove some people wrong but you must always remember who and what your first priority is and that's you . DONT FORGET THAT .

2 GOOD DIET = I know how following a diet is so difficult but it is one important thing to keep you fit and focused but im not here to say stuff like you cant ever eat junk food ever again . Im here to say that whatever you eat is up to you , the last I want to do is take your favourite kind of food away from you . If you want to start dieting great but I would advise you to stay focused and determined when your doing it , and when you are dieting I want you to eat healthy food all week but excuse yourself one day to eat any other food rather than healthy ones as if you keep eating veggies for all week you might just go crazy rather than being confident . And for girls who cant diet like me I advise you eat anything you want but what you could is eat them is very small proportions or you like me can eat mid meals not too much and not too less but just the right amount but only during breakfast and lunch time and if you want you can add small snacks here and there . Dieting helps you to have good skin as the oil you consume is being reduced which us extremely good for your skin . If you have clear skin who dosent feel confident .

3 SKIN CARE = Skin care is very , very important and I know this cause I used to have a lot of acne as well . I however went to a dermatologist and they gave me medicine and told me how to prevent them further on . Even if your lazy don't ever forget to do your skincare in the morning or in the night and even in afternoons if needed , just try not to skip it . We should never touch our faces ever and im not talking about when you have acne or not even if you don't have any don't touch your face your hands have a lot of bacteria , sweat , dust etc. and if they somehow get in contact to your skin it cause breakouts therefore leading to acne . We should also avoid foods that are extremely spicy and oily and also reduce eating eggs and cheese as much as we can .

4 GOOD COMPANY = And lastly we have good company meaning have good people around you . You should surround yourself with people who are very positive , who compliment you , look after you and just know you . Surround yourself with people who know you that's the most important thing ever . If you are surrounded with people like these you will naturally gain confidence when you are in their presence . If you have friends who you know are bad news , people who didn't treat you right , make you do bad stuff , influence you , put you down , pressure you , use you , and you are scared as to how to leave them as they are your only friends and other excuses like that LISTEN TO ME JUST FUCKING LEAVE THEM . They aren't worth it , I swear to god you will get way better friends than them . Its sorta like they don't grow themselves and they don't let you grow either which is a huge waste of time for you . As to how t make new GOOD friends first observe everyone and find out whose the one whos similar to you , whether it be in song , drama , Netflix series , singer whatever dosent matter and after that when you've found out whos that person , build up your courage and just talk to them . Even if your an introvert go for it because we all know you cant improve or be confident without someone on your side who you know will have your back and will be with you whenever you need them.
