Eichi sat in his hospital bed, calling Ako.

"Ako, can you make me a bento? I missed eating them.." Eichi said in the phone call.

"Sure. I don't know what to do anyways. Also, I'm planning to visit you today, I can give you the bento directly" she replied.

"Great. I can't wait!" Eichi said excitedly.

They hung up the call and Eichi lied in his bed with a smirk on his face.

-at Ako's house-

"Ako, you're making bento..? Is it for me~? " her brother, Shoichi asked when he saw his little sister making bento.

"No. This is for Eichi." She replied as she placed the rice in the lunch box.

"Awe.. Him? He's in the hospital, right? He have hospital food for him to eat" Sho said.

"He hates them." Ako replied as she finished making the bento and closed the lid.

"Awe.. Okay.. " Sho replied as he pouted.

"Also, you're driving me to the hospital. Now. " Ako said with while glaring at his brother a bit (jokingly)

"A-ah.. Alright, alright, let's go" he said as he took his car keys.

-on their way to the hospital-

After they got to the hospital, Ako got out of the car with the bento.

"You'll wait.. Wherever you want. Don't come with me. I can go to his room by myself. " Ako said coldly.

"Okay, okay, have fun, I guess? " Sho chucked.

Ako walked through the halls, finding Eichi's room.
Once she finally found it, she went inside.

She opened the door, only to see Eichi,
Laying in his hospital bed.
Completely still.
And it doesn't look like he's breathing either.

She started to panic, and tears started to fall when she saw his heartbeat monitor (?).
*flat*

Ako immediately dropped the bento box she was holding and ran towards his bed.

"Ecchan?... Ecchan!! " Ako said quite loudly while shaking him gently.

Ako held his hand and started to sob.

"Ecchan.. No.. Please.. Not now.. I'm not ready yet.." she said between her sobs. She covered her eyes with her other arm to stop more tears from flowing.

While Ako's eyes are still covered, Eichi slowly opened his eyes, holding back laughter.

When Ako felt the little movement in his hand, She immediately looked at Eichi. His eyes are open, and it's clear that he's holding back laughter.

".... YOU'RE ALIVE! " Ako
semi-yelled as he grabbed Eichi's cheeks.

At this point, Eichi couldn't hold back anymore, he laughed

"Hahaha,, Ako-chan, Are you that worried about me? " Eichi asked between laughter.

"Of course I do!. Also.. Why would you prank me like this?? You could literally give me a heart attack! " Ako said. You can tell that she's mad.

Eichi didn't say anything, he just laughed harder.

Ako gently slapped him.

"I'm not giving you your bento then. Goodbye" she said as she's about to take the bento she dropped and was about to walk out. 

"W-wait! Ako-chan!! I'm sorry!!" Eichi yelled before she walked out.

Ako stopped walking and looked at him.

"-sigh- at least you're not actually dead.." She said as she walked over to his bed again.

Eichi sat down in his bed and Ako shoved the bento box to his chest.
"Eat up. I don't want to give this to my brother" she said.

"Fufu, alright, my dearest"
