Chapter 10

After Anki leaves, Pri goes to mirror and looks at her swelled up lips and hickies. She blushes thinking about previous night. It's not been 5 mins since Anki left and Pri already had started missing him.

She climbs her bed, gets into the blanket and started checking her phone. She saw interviews of Anki in which Pri was tagged. She literally bangs her head seeing her Kaand master's infinite kaands. She realises that she has to clean up the mess done by kaand master. She wonders how innocent her Anki is! He talks like gyaani but is such a bachha. She also notices how his answers on priyankit's relation kept on improving from first interview to the latest. Though it wasn't good for the world to know, the answers surely did impress Pri.

The door rings and this time it as actually Gunjan who had come to meet.

Gunjan- god! Your lips! What's wrong....
She gets worried to see Pri's lips. But later cuts her sentence immediately as she understands seeing love bites on Pri's neck.

Gunjan gives Pri a brief about what and all she has in her bucket and all the important updates she missed since the time she went to BB house. Pri gets excited to see the numerous project offers she was offered. She was hell worried in BB house if she will be receiving any work after BB or not. Now she got answers for her doubts and she is very much glad that she chose to do BB.

Gunjan later wanted to get approval from Pri regarding her appointments for the upcoming days.
Pri- Gunjan, today I'll just give two virtual interviews and I'm planning to go live on Insta. I couldn't thank my audience properly yesterday as I totally went blank. So I just want to go live and thank my janta. And regarding tomorrows schedule, please cancel everything. I'm going to Chandigarh. Also please book a flight ticket for me. You know my seat preferences.

Gunjan- there are so many people who wants to meet you to talk regarding their projects and media is waiting to interview you. You really have to go?

Pri- this can wait. I have to go tomorrow. Also I'll wind up things in Chandigarh and make arrangements to shift things to my new flat.
Gunjan agrees and leaves.

Meanwhile in Chandigarh, Anki is all happy and exited thinking of tomorrow. He had met event guys and told them what all arrangements has to be done. He spoke to his team as well that he will be leaving early today and tomorrow.

Pri spent her day by giving virtual interviews, going Insta live and interacting with her fans and finally in the evening got time to pack her bags for Chandigarh. Her phone rings and it was Anki's call.

Anki- hi! How was your day?
Pri- it was good. I was now packing my bag. Tomorrow morning is my flight. How was yours?
Anki- it was fine. I just reached home from shoot. And regarding tomorrow, I'll send a person to pick you up from airport. Will also give my house key to him. You can freshen up, take rest and finish your work. I'll come in the evening after the shoot.

Pri- no need to send anyone. I have spoken to Disha. She said she will take care. She has also booked a hotel for me. I'll directly go there and meet you in the evening after you finish your shoot.
Anki- Hotel kyu? Why not my penthouse?

Pri- I also have to give some in-person interviews. So it's better I call them to the hotel and give interview. We can avoid unnecessary rumours.
Anki- that's true. Fine you finish off your work and meet me tomorrow. I'll wind up by 6 pm.

Pri-ok bye
Anki- bye

Anki was sort of relieved that she won't be coming to his penthouse as he can do the preparations at his house hassle free. He talks to the event guys and makes sure they both are on the same page. He didn't wanted to mess up anything and wanted everything to be perfect. This is the first time Ankit is putting in so much efforts for a girl. May be coz he took inspiration from Fateh to do grand things or May be coz Pri deserves it.

Anki couldn't sleep well that night as he had mixed emotions. He was excited and nervous. Same with Pri. But Pri had somewhere made up her mind this time. That this will be the last chance she will give Anki. And if Anki doesn't want to accept her, then she would like to move on from him. Enough of going behind him and putting in one sided efforts. Though things have changed since BB days, she wanted clarity from Anki.

It's morning and Pri takes her flight to Chandigarh. She drops a message to Anki before boarding and texts again after arrival. Anki immediately calls Pri once he gets her arrival message.

Anki- hope you had a good flight.
Pri- yes I did. People are recognising me wherever I go. So much love I'm getting. This is crazy. I'm on cloud nine Anki. I'm so happy to receive so much love. I dreamt of this all the time and finally looks like God has heard my prayers.

Anki- it's also your hard work and never give up attitude. I'm so happy for you. Let's meet and talk.

Pri- when we meet I have other important things to talk as well.
Anki- I get you!
Smiles.
Pri- okay I'm getting call from Disha. She has come to pick me and must be waiting for me outside. I'll call you up after my work. Even you let me know when you are done with your shoot.

Anki- okay. Can't wait to see you.
Pri- me too.

Pri had a busy day. She finished all her pending work in Chandigarh, made arrangements to shift her things to Mumbai flat and gave interviews. For all the Priyankit related questions, she made sure to maintain, "we have feelings for each other, we love each other, but as friends ❤️".  Finally she was done with all her work. She called up Anki, but he didn't respond to her call. Disha told Priyanka that Anki is still shooting. Pri plans to surprise him by going to his set.

When she reaches the set, she sees Neha getting into Anki's car and they drive away. Pri who was already insecure about Neha couldn't believe that Anki took her in his car. Anki used to drop and pick Pri during Udaariyan days. She gets a feeling that may be Anki is treating Neha the same way he used to treat her. May be Pri was just a co-actor for Anki and nothing else!  On top of that Anki didn't respond to Pri's call and Anki was supposed to call Pri soon after he winds up shooting. But he didn't call yet. He said he will be free after 6, but he left the set by 4:30 pm. Why did he leave the set early with Neha? Specially on a Valentine's Day?! Pri gets super mad and feels stupid about herself for coming to Chandigarh in a hurry thinking that Anki has started to have feelings for her.

Pri was not in right state of mind as she started to have her own assumptions and stories made in her head. She didn't wanted to see Anki now. She thinks of going back to hotel and fly back to Mumbai as she was already feeling nostalgic coming to Chandigarh as she and Anki had spent so much time in this city. Pri had bought a bouquet and a gift for Anki. She thinks of giving it to Anki and head back to her room. She then receives a call from Anki. She checks the time and it was 5:45.

Anki- I'm done with my shooting. Come home. I'm all excited to meet you.
Pri- coming in 5 mins
Hungs the call

Anki hears doorbell and he runs to the door. He opens the door and was delighted to see Pri standing there. He hugs her and brings her inside by lifting her. Pri didn't even hugs him back. The moment Anki ends the hug, Pri gives him the bouquet and gift

Pri- happy Valentine's Day. Hope you have a good one. Bye!
And she leaves.
