This is a story based off of me and my friends oc, their names are ' Francis ' and ' Kai '. There will be maybe a little bit of smut I'm not 100% sure tho,
in this story, but mostly fluff and angst. I hope you enjoy :)
Kai had accepted going on a date with his best friend Francis, he was actually quite nervous about it, he never had went on a date with anyone before.
Kai had finished getting ready for the date and went to the door to put on his shoes, Kai's older sister then walked in and spoke to Kai: "Hey Kai! Where are you going? You didn't say anything about going out today."
she was staring at Kai as he stood up properly, Kai then said: "I'm just going out with Francis for a bit. We wanted to hang out today that's all"
she knew Kai was lying to her, she raised her eyebrow and said: "okay then." And walked out of the room with her hands raised.
Kai would sigh and would then open the door, leaving the house to meet up with Francis.
When Kai had finally got to where Francis wanted them to meet up, he saw Francis sitting on a bench waiting for Kai.
Kai would then go up to Francis, Francis spoke to Kai: "Hey kai! I'm honestly a little surprised you actually came to the date! Your always so cold hearted towards me"
Francis put a hand on his own chest, trying to make it seem like he's sad.
Kai would stare at Francis, sighing and crossing his arms. "You know..that's kind of just my personality. I do warm up to people.." Kai said to Francis.
Francis smiled at Kai, giggling a bit. "I know I know! Don't tell me off for that!" Francis continued laughing, Kai would slap his arm with a pout on his face.
Francis stood up and patted Kai's shoulder, "you know I'm just teasing, Kai." Francis said while smiling at Kai. Kai sighed and would smile a bit, then speaking up: "you do know how to make me smile tho.."
Francis seemed to be blushing now, Francis seeing the sight of kai smiling really made him happy.
"Why don't we go get some ice cream? You like ice cream don't you??" Francis tried to keep the conversation going before it got awkward. "I do like ice cream..sounds like a good idea." Kai held their own hands, looking over at the ice cream shop.
Francis would grab one of Kai's hands and run to the ice cream shop, surprising Kai from the sudden action. "hey..Francis slow down!-" Kai said to Francis seeming a little worried on if the both of them are gonna trip.
"Hey it'll be alright! We won't trip!" Francis looked back at Kai and smiled as they reached the ice cream shop, Francis had let go of Kai's hand and patted his shoulder.
"You alright there?" Francis spoke to Kai in a soft tone. "Im fine! You just surprised me." Kai said in his usual cold tone.
Francis nodded his head as a reply to Kai, then turning back around and heading inside the ice cream shop. Kai had followed Francis into the ice cream shop behind him, looking a little anxious on how busy the shop was.
Francis would notice how Kai anxious kai looked, so Francis would hold Kai's hand again and gave him a reassuring smile.
Francis and Kai had both got their favourite ice cream flavours, Kai's being strawberry and Francis's being mint chocolate chip. They were both eating their ice cream peacefully and then Francis broke the silence.
"Hey, Kai? Can I try your ice cream?" Kai stared at Francis, taking a few seconds to reply. "I guess so..but you have to let me try yours." Francis chuckled.
"Will do."
Francis would hand Kai his ice cream, and Kai would do the same. Kai had tried Francis's ice cream first, his face full of disgust..Francis looked at Kai and laughed.
"What you don't like it eh?" Kai just side eyed Francis.
"This is gross..how do you even like this type of ice cream?" Kai said to francis. Francis shrugged and smirked.
"Guess I just have better taste in ice cream more than you do. Strawberry is so plain you know that?" "Well so it mint chocolate chip." They both had a small but funny argument.
After they had both finished their ice creams and their playful argument, they went outside as it was getting a bit more dark out.
Kai didn't realize it was going to be cold so he forgot to grab his jacket, but Francis had brought his.
Kai was shivering while standing beside Francis, and Francis had noticed that. "Do you want my jacket?" Francis broke the silence between the both of them.
"It's fine..I don't want you to freeze.." after Kai had said that, he felt something get wrapped around him. Realizing it was Francis's jacket he looked up at him as Francis would hug him.
"I said you didn't.." "oh just hush and take it, Kai." Francis said to Kai, Kai feeling bad for Francis.
"Here, let's go back to my house and watch a movie. Does that sound good?" Kai would nod their head, holding Francis's hand once he stopped hugging him.
Francis smiled, interwinding his hands with Kai's as they started to walk back to Francis's house to watch a movie and most likely have a sleepover.
