Your final class for the day was dismissed and you packed your stuff into your bag before walking out with your phone in hand. You were excited to see your boyfriend that day because you had great news to share with him.

Namjoon was working part time at a café after classes so you went home to freshen up before heading there around the time he finishes work. You texted him on the way home to tell him that you'll be going to the café later.

After a quick shower, you dressed up in a white short sleeved top with a blue plaid dress on top. You put on some cute socks before slipping your feet into a pair of sneakers.

It was right around closing time when you arrived at the café. You walked towards the door sticking out a hand to pull the door open but your movement stopped when you saw Namjoon with a girl co worker behind the counter.

They were just chatting at first but then she wrapped her arms around his waist and looked up at him. Getting up on the tip of her toes, she pecked him on the lips and smiled after.

Your eyes widened at the sight and you decided to just walk back home. You didn't cry because you didn't know what to feel at the time. When you reached your apartment, you just plopped onto your bed staring at the ceiling.

Soon enough you fell asleep but was awaken when your doorbell rang. Rubbing your sleepy eyes a little, you got out of bed to check the door but you halted your steps when you heard the door open.

You knew it was Namjoon since other than your family members, only he knows your door passcode and your family was away on a trip. You took your time to wash your face for a bit to wake yourself up a little before walking out of your room.

Namjoon was setting up the small coffee table in front of your couch. He had brought a few slices of your favorite cake from the place you would often study together at during finals season.

"Baby, I missed you today!" His face lit up when he saw you walk out of the bathroom "You didn't come by today, i just thought you had something else to do so I came to you instead."

"Yeah sorry, that's nice of you babe." You showed him a small reluctant smile

"See? I bought your favorite cake since you haven't had them for a while," He gently pulled you to sit down next to him on the floor "You wanted to watch what you eat during exams but now that that's over I can stuff you with all the foods in the world again."

Showing him another small smile you sat next to him turning your attention to the food not wanting to remind yourself of what you saw earlier. You thanked him for the food and took small bites from the slice of cake.

"Honey are you feeling okay?" Namjoon asked concerned

"Yeah, I'm okay." You respond not even looking up at him

You reach for the tv remote on the table to fill in the silence between you two but Namjoon stopped you from turning the tv on. His hands then dropped to your thighs turning your whole body so you would face him.

"Sweetie, I know something's wrong." He looked at you straight in the eyes flustering you a little as he always do when he does so "Can we please talk about it?"
