The Hanika disease is a Japanese myth. Its about one sided love. For example say you love someone but they don't love you back. Roses will grow in your lungs and you'll start coughing them up. They start off as petals slowly growing to buds and full roses. Either you die from not being able to breathe or die from the thorns cutting your lungs. Either way you'll die. There is way to cure it though. Either get it Surgically removed And get rid of all the feelings you have for the personOr make the person fall in love with you. The roses will cripple and die and youll caugh them all up. That's it lol.
