*12 years old*
"I dare you to kiss Jonas on the lips!" My friend Fiona says.
I look around the basement and at all the people here.
Me, Jonas, Fiona, Ellie, Dylan, Jackson, Steve, Daphne, and Sandra. No one has chickened on a dare...but I want to.
I don't like boys. I kissed one once and I hated it. Not my thing. But then I kissed a girl once and I loved it. Was so nice. I know I'm lesbian. But none of my friends do. So...I guess I'll do it...
"Do I have to?" I ask.
"Yeah! Why? Do you not like boys?!" Fiona teases. She always thought I was a lesbian...and she's right. But she doesn't know that.
"No! I just don't like Jonas!" I lie.
"Just do it!" She says.
"Fine!" I say.
I lean in and quickly peck him on the cheek.
"Nope. You have to make out with him!" She says.
I roll my eyes and just quickly get it over with.
Ellie leans in close to me, sending chills down my back when she whispers in my ear.
"Can we leave?" She asks.
Her warn breath feels so nice against my ear. Yeah...I may have a bit of a crush on her. It would be weird to tell her since we've known eachother for almost 6 years now.
"Yeah." I whisper back.
"Well, we have to leave!" I say and stand up, her following behind
"Fine, whatever losers! Leave!" Fiona says.
I roll eyes again and do leave her house.
3 hours later
After spending the day outside with Ellie, I go inside to eat dinner.
As I eat my dinner at the dining room table with my mom, 17 year old sister, and dad I decide to blurt it out.
"Mom I'm lesbian." I quickly say.
My sister, Lexa, turns to me and smiles. She also lesbian. She always said she would be so proud if I turned out like her.
"No your not. Your 12, your to young to know." My mom says.
"I know I am mom! I don't like boys. Their yucky!" I say.
"She's right mom. Boys are yucky." Lexa says and laughs.
"Its just a phase Lela. You'll grow out of it by the time your 14." She says.
"Fine, whatever." I say.
"Manners Lela!" My dad says.
He's very strict. He is also Christian and hates gays. He made my sister move out for a month when he found out. But then my mom convinced him to let her move back in.
"Sorry." I say.
"Your mother is right Lela. Its just a phase. No daughter of mine is lesbian." He says.
"Dad! I'm sitting right here!" Lexa says.
"What did I tell you! Don't call me dad until you realize you've made a huge mistake and apologize to me!" He says.
"I'm going to my room." Lexa says rolling her eyes.
She stands up and quickly runs upstairs. She gets very upset when dad disowns her.
I don't blame her. I hope he doesn't disown me when he realizes this isn't just a phase and I'm actually lesbian.
6 years later
"I'm leaving!" I yell to my family as I put on my shoes.
My dad looks at me with disapproval.
"You better not be going to a gay rally or going to make out with girls." He says.
"Dad! I'm literally just going to Ellie's." I say.
"Okay, I'm gonna trust you on this one. Be home by 10." He says.
I nod my head and walk out the door. Thank god I'm finally 18! I just have to find a place to live and then I can finally move out. My sister did years ago.
I walk to Ellie's which is only a block away, and walk in her house like I always do.
"Hi Mrs. Sanders." I say to her mom as I walk up the stairs.
"Hi Lela." She calls back.
I smile and walk into Ellie's room where she's on her phone.
She knows I'm lesbian. Everyone does. But I decided today I would tell her about my massive crush on her. She's just so fucking beautiful.
She has long blonde hair with the ends dip dyed purple, I have long brown hair. She has these gorgeous ocean blue eyes, I have plain hazel eyes. She has a big ass and big boobs, I don't.
But its not even about the looks. She's just an amazing person. She's shy at first but once you get to know her she becomes the weirdest and funniest person alive. Shes super smart and kind. Even if your rude to her, she won't be rude back. Shes just such a good person.
And she volunteers at a human society and currently has a job at this clothing store.
Just if you got to know her like I do, you would think she's the most amazing person you know.
"Hey." I say smiling.
"Hi! What's up?" She asks putting down her phone.
"Well um...I actually have to tell you something." I say.
"Okay, but first I got this new bra and its super cute! I'm wearing it right now. Can I show you?" She asks.
"Well um actually..."
"Look!" She says pulling off her shirt.
Oh wow...that bra looks amazing on her. Its this super cute blue bra with flowe patterns on it. Its a lot cuter than it sounds.
"Its nice. So um...can you out on your shirt?" I ask.
"Yeah...? What up?" She asks confused and puts on her shirt.
"The thing is....I like you. A lot! More than a friend." I admit.
She stares at me surprised.
"Really?" She asks.
"Yeah. Your the most amazing person ever. And I know nothings gonna happen since you straight and you have a boyfriend...but I just had to tell you that." I say.
"Wow Lela um...I wish you had told me sooner." She says.
"Why? It wouldn't have made a difference." I admit.
"Because I'm actually not straight. I'm bisexual. And I liked you...but you didn't seem interested in me but Jackson did so I started dating him." She says.
"Wait...you liked me!?" I ask surprised.
"Yeah...a lot actually." She admits.
Suddenly I can't stop myself. I grab her face and kiss her. The best part...she kisses me back.
But its not an ordinary kiss. We make the fuck out.
She slips her tongue in my mouth and gently rubs it against mine....
******The end for now.
