Falling for him (on hold)

Part 1- The new guy

Falling for him, how can I when I barely know anything about him. The only thing I know is his name. Ace Elton, by saying his name or even hearing his name from others I feel butterflies in my stomach.

Now you are probably wondering where I even know him or who he is. Ace Elton is a guy where I saw in school he was new to town.

You can even say it was love at first sight... I know, you're probably thinking that I'm delusional.

BUT I just don't care.

It's like I remember the first day he walked inside the classroom. I was doing my class work while the teacher was explaining the lesson plan for today. That was when there was a knock that captured everyone's attention. As everyone's eyes were on the guy that came in and walked towards Ms.Greenway. He handed her a slip and talked to her and then Ms.Greenway shook his hand and turned her attention towards the rest of the class.

She begins to speak. If I can give you all of your attention towards me I would like you to know that we have a new student with us today. As you can see we have Mr. Elton here and please welcome him to the class. Now Mr. Elton why don't you seat next to Ms. Hart, Ms. Hart could you raise your hand please.

As she called me I nervously raised my hand up in the air. Once I did he came over and sat beside me. I shift my things over to not have my things to be on his side. I looked over to him and introduced myself. Hey, I'm Amelia Hart. It's nice to meet you. He looked back at me. Hey, I'm Ace he smiled. I don't know what it is about him. I started to feel funny in my stomach. I smiled back and we went back to work on our assignment.

That was where I met him and how I know him. Ugh I can't believe myself I can't fall for him I don't even know that much of him. I'm honestly pathetic. Why can't I be normal and not catch feelings for him the first time I met him.

That was the last time we spoke and do you know what the worst part of this is, that he has feelings for someone else. As you must know, who he has feelings for is the head of the cheerleading team Blair West. Of course he will fall for her, every guy in this whole damn school likes her.

He will never go for me. I mean look at her she is everything I wanna be she is pretty and popular god she even the team captain of the cheerleading team. As for me, well I'm average compared to her. I'm not as pretty or have many friends. I'm basically invisible in this school; the only people that even notice me are my friends. The only time they ever come towards me and talk to me is when they need help with something. As you must know I'm basically a nerd or as you can say really smart and top of my classes.

The place where I go to get away from everybody and where it gives me some peace and quiet is my favorite place in the entire school and my comfort place is the library room. Where I spend most of my lunchtime or when I come here in the mornings when I come to school. Usually no one comes here, only a few students who study or come to read or search for books to take home.

That's how it is for now and I hope everything goes well next year....
