Akshu was sitting on her chair and Neil and Nishtha were sitting across her on their chairs when Akshu started speaking " So Neil and Nishtha what have you both planned for your future, what are you both going to do, take your time and tell me ." after listening to her words both Neil and Nishtha were silent for some time, thinking what they actually wanted to do in their future after a lot of thinking the first one to speak was Neil " I want to become a singer di, is it ok if I call you di???? " he answered and asked at the same time, then Akshu told them both with a smile on her face " Afcours you can call me that, what about you Nishtha what do you want to do in future????" then Nishtha answered " I want to become a lawyer di. "

Akshu after listening to their response was happy that they had already thought about their future and were not sitting idly in their home " Ok, so my main reason to talk with you both alone was that I want you both to stay away from your toxic family and focus on your career because I for sure know that whatever you both will persu you will not be able to concentrate on it fully because of the new family drama which happens every day in your house, so you have two choices, 1st leave that house and persu your dreams and become successful and whatever your expenses will be of your fees, clothes, study materials and other daily use necessities it will be taken care by me and, yes, in that duration you will not contact with your family nor will you tell them where you are living because if you choose this option you will go directly to the place where you will be living for that period of time and don't worry your every stuff will be shifted to your new home from your house by my people and also you will have no maid you will do your own work by yourself and you will get every month a specific allowance to use but when you start earning money that allowance will be stopped , and, the 2nd choice is that you stay in that toxic environment and family and complete your studies, so the choice is yours what you want to do, so think properly and give me your answer and also if you choose the 1st option then I assure you that there will be no problem from my end but then you will have to show your best and prove yourselves to your family that you can do anything and everything what you want without anyone's help and also you will be getting admissions in the world's best universities which excels in your field. " after listening to her both Neil and Nishtha were thinking gravely that she is right at some point they will have to leave their family because of the toxity it has and before it affects them it would be better that they both leave them and move out.

After almost 15 minutes of thinking they both said together " We accept the 1st choice." while Akshara said smiling widely " Good decision, now you both can leave, down my company's car is waiting it will take you to your new home and one more thing if you ever need anything you are free to contact me and I will always be there for you, here, take this card it has my contact number." while they both nodded and then Nishtha asked
" Why are you helping us even after what our family did to you????" while Akshara smiled and said " You are not seeing properly are you Nishtha???? I am just helping the people in this family who deserves my help you both are in that list while the others are getting what they deserve. " hearing her both of them nodded their head and said " Thank You so much for your help di. We should take our leave now. " after they said this Akshara smiled and said " No need to thank me and yes you can take your leave now. " and they both exited her office.

Everyone were sitting on dinning table and having their food happily with happy talks while when Akshu was about to take her next morsel she felt like puking her guts out so she immediately stood up from her chair and ran towards the washroom while seeing this everyone got worried and the most worried was Vincenzo he too stood up and went after her to the washroom and saw her puking her guts out so he went towards her and held her hair from behind and rubbed her back to comfort her as she was done puking she got up with the support of Vincenzo and then he asked in an extremely concerned tone " Are you all right Mio Amore." to which she nodded her head in yes and yet he was not convinced so he asked again " Are you sure, you are ok, if you want I will call the doctor, infact why am I even asking you I will call the doctor ASAP." while he rambled Akshu said " Calm down sunshine I am honestly fine no need to call a doctor maybe its just a simple food poisoning. " and he nodded his head. After washing her face and wiping it she was about to leave with Vincenzo.

He was holding her hand and waist to support her when she stumbled and felt dizzy while Vincenzo was panicking seeing his Amore in this state and after sometime Akshu felt her eyes getting heavy and started seeing black dots and in no time she was unconscious while seeing Akshu slipping into darkness, Vincenzo was behaving like a lunatic and the whole family was trying to calm him down while his father called the doctor and on the other side Vincenzo was screaming " Can anyone call the fucking doctor, I swear I will kill her if she is not here in 5 minutes."
