Moon Kisses

Jin pushes the button to go back to the floor where Yoongi's studio is. When the elevator reaches the floor you wonder why the door isn't opening.

You turn to Jin to ask what's happening and you notice he is holding the close door button with one hand. 

Softly laughing you ask "What are you doing Jin?" 

 He leans close to you and gently kisses your cheek. "I wanted to thank you."

Stunned by his kiss you say "I don't think I heard that, could you repeat it for me?" 

Grinning at him he smiles and leans in close for a kiss this time softly on your lips.

Unaware that he let go of the hold button to put his arms around you it opens and there are Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook standing there wide-eyed at what they see.

Jimin then clears his throat to get your attention. "Um, Hyung, Yoongi is looking for you two."

 Suddenly realizing the door had opened when you heard Jimin, you both jumped apart then exited the elevator.

Jungkook says "I see the Moon has kissed the Earth." 

Jin, not missing a beat says "Stob it, you're embarrassing her" but you aren't the only one that is blushing.

Time Jump:

Yoongi finished your song and with the help of the others fine tuned it into a perfect duet for Jin's Moon. In the studio, you and Jin lay the track singing together holding hands. He's your moon, and you're his earth. 

You were just making a single for each other to have. You did not know that Yoongi, Jimin, and Namjoon had sent a copy to the group's manager and producers.

You find out months later that they plan to include the song "Moon Kisses" as a secret bonus track on their next album.

Finally, at Bangtan Hope Music you have the career and respect you worked so long for. The bonus to all this coming true is that in your life was the love and companionship of Jin.

On completion of the album and its following success of the bonus song, which spent 3 weeks at number 1, Yoongi gives you and Jin each a necklace as a gift. 

Jin's has the Earth with your name on the back and yours has the Moon with Jin's name on the back. His earth has half a star and your moon has half a star when put together it forms a whole star.

The following year on tour you are a special surprise guest. When the music starts for Jin's remastered solo of Moon, the spotlight is on him as various lights start to float down from the top staging to hang as stars. The large LED screen behind him shows a moving universe.

 As he sings he walks towards a shadowed part of the stage and as he gets closer the light brightens and there you stand the 'stars' start to surround you both and you take hands singing your duet.

The staging you are standing on starts to lift into the universe as you sing with Jin. The camera focuses on your faces as you look into each other's eyes there is no mistaking the love shining there. 

Army cheers loudly and backstage Yoongi grins and looks at the others as they watch you on the screen backstage. They give him hugs and high-fives congratulating him on the staging idea and how well it turned out and the news that he is up for an award for producing the song.

 They were also celebrating, as they just got news the song Moon Kisses was in its fourth consecutive week at number 1, while Jin and you were on stage singing.

As the close-up appears on the screen of you two looking longingly into each other's eyes, Yoongi grumbles, "Ugh love," and walks away from the monitor and all they hear is his machine gun laugh.

After the concert is finished Jin comes to you and takes you by the hand, "Come with me, and let's watch the fireworks together." He leads you out back to where you can watch the fireworks alone.

That night he asks you to be his girlfriend and a giant heart-shaped firework appears in the sky. You nod yes and he kisses you.

 In the shadows Yoongi smiles and sends a text to the crew manning the fireworks "Thanks guys." and he goes to meet up with the others.

Authors note: a little back story: Yoongi caught Jin earlier that evening looking in the mirror giving himself a pep talk "You can do it, ask her to be your girlfriend. Who can resist World Wide Handsome?" Jin adjusts his collar and heads out not aware that Yoongi had heard him.
