stars around my scars (kaden + Albert)

If you don't know, this is inspired by the trend that'll be at the top. This is one of my favorites.

CONTEXT: Albert has been feeling very lonely, and feels like he's going crazy. After a while, he starts cutting, thinking it'll make it better. Kaden decides to check on him, and tries to comfort him. (FYI,if you're feeling upset, PLEASE DON'T CUT. IT DOESN'T WORK. THANK U)

Kaden POV: 

I'm getting worried about Albert. The past few weeks, he's seemed off. Sometimes he looks like he's been crying for days, and he always looks tired. I know he stays up early recording, but I'm still worried. I'm gonna check on him to make sure he's okay. I booked a flight to Florida for today, and started to pack my stuff.

Raven was at her friend's house for the weekend, so I texted her quickly.

Me:  Hey Raven? 

Rae Rae: Oh hey Kaden! : ) 

Me:   Is it ok if I visit Albert by myself for the weekend?

Rae Rae: Yea go ahead!

Me:   Ok thx! Luv u :0)

Rae Rae:   Luv u too <3

After I texted her, I finished packing, and headed to the airport.

When I got there, I went in, did the scanning, blah blah blah. I sat down and waited for my flight to be called. While I waited, I decided to listen to music and draw on a little sketch book I brought. After about 30 minutes, my flight was called.

I walked into the plane and sat down near a window. I decided to take a nap while listening to music. *I wonder how Albert is doing right now* I thought as I fell asleep.

Albert POV:

I don't get it. I don't understand. I feel like I'm going insane. Everyday feels the same.

It's not like I don't have fun recording. The invisible glitches I'm doing are really fun, and all the videos I do with my friends are fun. That's it. My friends. They keep me happy. Now that I'm thinking about it, I should do a video with one. Let's see... Jake.. Denis.. Kaden.. Kaden! I should do one with him, he's probably got a good idea. I tried texting him

Me: hey kaden

While I waited for him to respond, I decided to try helping my cuts with Neosporn in the bathroom. I stopped cutting about 2 weeks ago, and it's felt like a day. It's really hard to resist, but I manage. After putting Neosporn on them, I decided to skateboard a little in my garage. 

Time skip 

After finishing, I decided to just watch a random show. (You decide what it was). 

I checked my phone to see if Kaden responded. Nothing yet. I'll just a little longer before texting again. 

I changed my mind. I'll just wait

Kaden POV: 

After maybe 5-6 hours, the plane finally landed. I decided to call an Uber to drop me off at Albert's house. I got my bag, and waited for the Uber. When it got here, I got in the back, and we started driving. We made a little small talk, but not much. When we got there, I got out, went up to Albert's door.

Albert POV: 

While watching (show), I heard a knock at my door. *That's weird.* I thought. I got up from my couch and went to go answer the door. I opened it, and whadoyouknow, it's Kaden. "Hi Albert!" he said. "Oh uh, hi Kaden! What are you doing here?" I asked him. "Well, I wanted to check on you to make sure you were ok. And now that I'm here, can I see your wrist?" he asked. I got really nervous, but decided that I'd show him. "Uh, yeah. Here, come inside." I told him. We both went inside, and sat on my couch. He lifted my sleeves somewhat slow so he wouldn't hurt me. 

After he saw, he looked really concerned, to where he was probably about to cry. He sighed. "Okay. I'm gonna ask you a few questions. First, have you stopped cutting?" "Yes.""Ok. When was the last time you cut? "Like, a month ago maybe.""Alright. Have you told anyone about it? Anyone at all?" "No." "Ok. When you stopped, did you do anything to treat it, like Neosporn?" "Yeah." "Lastly, do you like stars?" "Uhhh yeah." 

After I told him yes to the last question, he took a marker out of his bag, and started drawing little stars around my scars

I couldn't help but smile a bit at what he was doing. It was in a few different colors, and made out a little shape. "At least now when you look at your arms, it'll be nicer to see." he told me. He really came out to Florida just to draw stars on my arms. This just made me happier. Now when I look at myself, I'll know that I'm lonely, but I have the best friends you could ever need.
