Ultra Magnus Pov:
Me: "Everything is peaceful here and no sight of the Nemesis nor Decepticons warships within Cybertron detection radar sir" I said.
Optimus: "It been week since Y- I mean Uni-tron have last been seen yet no sights of any Decepticons anywhere near Cybertron is concerning" he said.
Me: "Well we did win the first war sir but even I admit this is concerning" I said a bit worried.
Optimus: "For now-" he try to said but static fill the screen for a second only for Uni-tron to be broadcasting a live recording.
Me: "What the scrap!" I said then look outside to see that Uni-tron is broadcasting his live recording all throughout Cybertron.
3rd Pov:
At Earth.
Everyone on Earth is watching the same broadcast with Autobots, Justice league, Avengers, Shield, the Government, and Union themselves trying to figure out how Uni-tron is able to do this.

Uni-tron: "Greetings every being throughout the universes. I am Uni-tron son of Megatron and herald of Unicron. I bring to you all a important announcement" he said then hold out the same matrix he show to Mega.
At Earth.
Ratchet: "By the All Spark! He have a matrix too!" He said shocked.
Uni-tron: "To all beings I want to introduce the Matrix of Conquest! And behold the power it contain!" He said inserting the Matrix into himself then roar as he fire a powerful blast into a empty fount.
Then the fount glow purple and came out many lights which are different colors.

Ratchet: "Far worst" he said completely horrified then the broadcast show Uni-tron laughing.
