Currently a young man name Sam is at a date with his girlfriend when out of nowhere a portal open and exiting this portal are Decepticons which are being lead by Galavar (Beasts War).

Sam: "Why do I get the sense of de vuj" he thought then grab his girlfriend hand and the two escape the chaos.
Galavar: "Decepticons! Destroy and conquer this city for Lord Uni-tron!" He said then both himself and the other Decepticons attack the city.
A hour later.
Outside the city.
Heading towards the city are the Avengers with both government and Shield as back up including Grimlock.
Tony: "Okay so any information on this guy?" He ask as he had send Optimus the description of the leading cybertronian a few minutes ago.
Optimus: "From what I could gather he's from an alternative universe where cybertronians are dinosaurs and he's their megatron" he said.
Captain America: "Okay this gonna be a challenge" he said.
Grimlock: "I can handle him!" He said exciting to fight another dinobot.
Optimus: "Remember that this city is rich with resources that Uni-tron can use. So don't hesitate of destroying that machinery that the Decepticons are gonna use to terraform the whole city" he said.
Hulk: "Hulk smash!" He yell and jump onto a Decepticon and crush it into scrap.
Agent Simmons: "Alright everyone you heard Prime! Don't hesitate!" He said then Shield agents, Government soldiers, and Avengers attack the Decepticons.
Watching all this is Uni-tron who is on top of a tall building with an Decepticon human called Alice.

Alice: "So they have improved" she said.
Uni-tron: "Indeed but so did we" he said then look at a bunch of construction vehicles heading towards the battle then become a massive Decepticon combiner called the Devastator.

Wasp: "Woah! What kind of Decepticon is that!" She said then heard Ratchet through the comms.
Ratchet: "A combiner! But how!?" He ask as he knows how rare combiner cybertronians are nowadays.
Galavar: "Pathetic! You called yourself a beast!" He said slamming his T rex arm at Grimlock who look beat up and injured.
Ant Man: "Guys! We have to retreat! We're outmatched and being overrun!" He said.
Tony: "Not yet!" He said then fire missiles at the terraforming machinery which exploded.
Captain America: "Now move out everyone!" He said then everyone retreat including Grimlock.
However Uni-tron just smirk as Tony gave them the key to new technology: Nanotechnology.
Alice: "You wanted them to destroy the machinery" she said.
Uni-tron: "Correct. Did you get the data. Shockwave?" He said.
Near the machinery.
Shockwave: "Yes my liege and it remarkable at how organic could achieve this kind of technology. It was logical that we set this trap along with conquering this city" he said.
Uni-tron: "Now then behold!" He said activating his Matrix and fire at the ground terraforming the whole city into a cybertronian city.
With Grimlock, Avengers, Shield and government.
Everyone is completely speechless at their failure as they saw the whole city terraform.
Agent Simmons: "He play us!" He said slamming his fist onto a desk.
Optimus: "I thought Uni-tron need time to recharge his Matrix but clearly I was wrong" he said.
