I woke up with a headache. I hate headaches. All Connors fault. And to top it up , I have to go and see Daria. I'm not talking to the bitch, there's no way I will.

I immediately shot out of bed rushing over to my dresser looking for a outfit for today. I put on a white tube top with some denim shorts with a pink Hawaiian print bikini on underneath. I brush my hair and apply tanning lotion and a bit of sun cream.

I change out my belly bar to a white ball incase my dangly one gets caught any where today. I change out my 1000 earring and then drench myself in body mist. I brush my teeth then run downstairs to see my dad.

"Morning Will" I say waving to my dad as I walk up to him.

"Morning Liliana" he greets back matching my tone of voice. "Where you of to today?"

"I'm going to release baby turtles with Tania today!" I saw giving him a toothy smile as I put my hands behind my back and stand straight.

"Sounds exiting.." he says trying to hang a sign directly in the middle of a wall. "Oh yes! Please be back at 7pm , we're getting a dog today!" He says "Your friends can stay round if they like, I'm making spag bowl tonight! Oh yes that reminds me, can you stop many the farmers market and get me 1kg of carrots?"

"A dog!?" A say not believing my ears

"Yes from the shelter lils."

"Awhh"

I walk towards the door putting my converses on and grabbing my tote bag. "Don't forget my carrots!" My dad shouts as I leave the door.

"I won't!"

I walk on the road towards the harbour. I'm so glad people take care of the island , well, the right side of the island have no choice, either they clean out the streets or no food for the rest of the week. I always help out when I can, I'm so lucky I have a roof over my head.

I readjust my top as the sun hits down on my skin. My face is already so sunburnt. The harbour is only about a 10 minute walk from my house, but in this heat , it's about a 20 minute walk. I wonder what my dog is going to look like, could be a new member to the group.

I finally reach the harbour and see Connor and Jude sat down on the edge and Tania fanning her self.

"Hi guys" I say speed walking over to them hugging Tania tight.

"Where's my hug?" Jude says squinting in the sun looking at me.

"Up your ass"

"Let's go gang" Connor says walking towards his mini van opening the door for us 4 to get in.
