I sat on the bench and pulled the weight strap and started working out my arms for forty minutes. I wiped the bench when I was done and started om the elliptical .
Beth we are done and going to head out. Don't forget the chili and cornbread. We didn't .
I got off the elliptical and hugged them both before they left and secured my home. I got back on the elliptical for another fifteen minutes. I headed to take a shower.

Maur left to take a shower while I got up to strip the bed, spray lysol on the mattress, start the washer and went back to our bedroom to put clean bedding. Maur came in the room with her hair and body wrapped in a towel. I went to take my shower. I dried off and blew my hair until it dried. I then got dressed and started on making huevos rancheros with diced red potatoes, sliced avocado with cut up fruit and cappuccino.

We finished eating and rinses off the dishes and silverware and started the dishwasher.
J are you ready to go for a run? Yes but we better wear a rain poncho in case it rains.
We put the rain ponchos on and left. We decided to only do 7 miles because the clouds were getting dark. We were a block away when it started pouring. We made it home a little wet on the bottom. We use Jane's garage opener to get out of the rain. I slid the lock and we took off our outer attire and left it in the garage to dry. We secured the house and i turned the alarm on again .We made it down the hallway
