2,000 years ago in the USA, an ancient warrior fought against the Lords protecting humanity from them.
In present day... A man named Paxton has been training to become Power Rider Defender at a government base known and they've been working on a project known as Project Defender.
However, the Lords have been awaking after thousands of years and starts to terrorize the humans.
At night, Jack tried to stop one of the Lords but it was not effective enough. Suddenly, a mysterious Rider appears out of nowhere and starts to fight against one of the Lords.
Two of the Lords saw everything and calls the Mysterious rider, Power Rider Solar. Solar walked away into the darkness.
Jack is ok but he's been hurt, so he decides to try and figure out who is Power Rider Solar and wants to know what that Rider wants.
