The next day after Rose Day. The second day of Valentine’s Week is known as Propose Day. On this day, the lover expresses his love in front of his girlfriend. This day is considered to be the best to propose to a girlfriend or boyfriend for the expression of love. Propose day marks the second day of Valentine's week. The day falls on February 8, and this year it will be celebrated on Tuesday.
