Chapter 3

~New York~

I am texting my mom in the limo on the way to the Waldorf's apartment because they are throwing a party. After I finish texting my mom I look up... CRASH!!!!!!

~Blair's POV~

The party me and my mother were throwing was in full swing, but then two hours into the party a police officer showed up. After my mother and I spotted them we walked over to them "hello gentlemen, how may I help you?" My mother said. "Hi and yes we need some help, we are looking for Lily Van Der Woodsen. We went to her apartment and the doorman said she was here. We have been trying to contact her about her daughter, Serena Van Der Woodsen." After he said that my mother and I led him to Lily.

As we were walking over there I thought 'Serena, wow! Wait does this mean she is back in New York?' I still couldn't comprehend that she had left. She really didn't give me a clear reason why she left either. She left Nate, Chuck, and me notes. We all read each others except Nate wouldn't let me read his. He let Chuck read his though. Once we reached Lily the police officer started to talk "My name is Officer Preston and we have some bad news for you Lily." "What is wrong?" Lily said. "Um... Serena, your daughter, she has been in an accident. She is in the hospital." "What?!" Nate , my boyfriend, said as he walked up to me. "Nate and Blair will you come with me to the hospital?" Lily said as she started to get teary eyed, Nate and I both nodded. After Lily finished talking to the police officer we started on our way to the hospital in Lily's limo.

Once we reached the hospital Lily got what room number and floor Serena was on then we headed up to the floor she was on. Once we got up there Lily went to talk to the doctor in Serena's room and Nate and I sat in the waiting room. I just cried on his shoulder until Lily walked out with a shocked expression on her face. After a minute she began to speak "Serena is fine but...
