~Nate's POV (before Lily gave Serena the news)~
"Serena's fine but she is... pregnant. The baby is fine, but when Serena wakes up they are going to do a ultrasound." Lily said. "How many weeks is she?" Blair asked. "I have no idea. We have to do a ultrasound to figure that out." Lily responded to Blair.
After Lily and Blair's conversation, that I pretty much just blocked out, the doctor came out and told Lily that Serena was awake. After she talked to the doctor for awhile she walked to Serena's room.
~Serena's POV (after Lily gave Serena the news)~
'I can't believe I'm pregnant with Nate's baby!' Serena thought. 'What am I going to do?' After a couple minutes of me processing things my mother said "Dr. Gotsmith will be in here soon to give you an ultrasound." All I could do was nod my head.
