" when you coming? It's been over two weeks and you keep saying soon. What does soon mean to you?" I asked staring at dave through the FaceTime call

" bae, I just got one more meeting tonight and I'll be on the next flight. Ight?" He asked running his hands down his face tiredly

" you tired?" I asked it was seven something in the morning, I woke up not feeling too good and I wanted to talk to him and hear his voice
