The start of the end.

*MK POV*:

I awoke in bed, feeling drained. I slowly began to put on my clothes and headed to my job at Pigsys Noodles. As I sprinted out the door, I tried to remember what had happened the night before, but I couldn't recall anything. Whatever it was, it was most likely nothing.

I ultimately make it into Pigsys and speak with Pigsy himself

MK: "Hello, Pigsy! Today's orders are ready!" *I'd grin at him*

Pigsy: "What exactly are you doing here? You're meant to board the train?"

MK: "Train..? What do you mean?"

slowly piecing together the events of last night. As my memories returned, I realized that the most important thing was that I had decided to make a change and go to a highschool.

MK: "RIGHT! I have to get going, Pigsy!"

"I'm very sorry," says Pigsy.

I rush to the train station where I see Mei & Redson

I feel a mix of emotions as I think about going to a new high school. On the one hand, I'm excited to meet new people and experience new things. On the other hand, I'm nervous about starting over in a new place. I remind myself that no matter what, I can make it through this transition.

"It took you too long! Do you really need to make ME wait?" Redson would scream at MK.

" YEAH! You know, we might have missed our train!" Mei would continue with what Redson had said." I am sorry, I totally forgot. " I would say as we started to board the train, as I started to doze off.

MEI'S POV

I had been asleep for hours, my body feeling like lead and my mouth slightly open as I snored. I groggily opened my eyes, only to be met by the sight of my mom standing over me, shaking her head. 

" HEY, WAKE UP MEI! IT'S TIME FOR SCHOOL! " my mom would scream at me.

" Mom , it's the week- "I would try to explain , but be cut off.

" NO, YOU HAVE TO GO ON THE TRAIN AND GO TO YOUR NEW SCHOOL. " My mom would say.

" New..? Oh right- That stupid highschool right ? "

I'd lie in bed, thinking of all the things I had to do today and feeling overwhelmed. I would slouch out of bed, grumbling to myself about how much easier life would be if I could just stay in bed all day. Nevertheless, I'd eventually drag myself out of bed and put on my clothes.

As I ran to the train station, I spotted Redson sitting on a bench right outside the entrance. When I finally made it to him, his smirk said it all -

 "Took you long enough!" 

"I wasn't expecting you to be waiting for me." I said. 

As the silence stretched on, I began to reflect on where things were heading and where my friend MK had got to. With time ticking away, I started to worry that he was running late for our train.

" Hm.. MK's taking a while- " I would complain

" What time does the train get here again? " I'd ask Redson

Redson wouldn't respond , he would just stare at me.

" How did you make us go to this station? IF YOU DIDNT KNOW? "I would start to scream at redson. "

Redson's silence was deafening. I asked again, "What time does the train get here again?" But he wouldn't give me a response Redson just stared at me in confusion and left me with my questions unanswered.

He would again say nothing back.

" ARE YOU THERE? " I would scream.

MK arrived after what felt like an eternity of waiting, his face was drawn and his eyes were tired. It was as if he had run all the way to the station in order to ensure we didn't miss our train. Just as he got there, the train pulled up, and I could barely contain my anger at him for almost making us miss the train.
