We arrived at school for class and immediately something was slightly off. Everyone sat around as not a single teacher had arrived for attendance, it took a good 5 minutes before Robin-sensei came by class to explain the situation...
"Sorry about that! Unfortunately a good majority of staff are in the middle of a big teacher's conference so I had to run by a bunch of classes to explain the situation! The class is dismissed for now!"
Robin-sensei quickly ran out but not before saying, "I have to get back to the conference! I want to know what everyone else is discussing!"
"A big teacher's conference? What were they discussing?" I pondered, if all the teachers were called up to such a conference and couldn't inform the students about it... it must be important!
3rd Person Pov:
"That damn newbie better return soon..." Kalego sat in his chair impatiently
"Kalego, you tasked him with dismissing every single class by himself? Considering he agreed to is enough-" Dali was cut off by Momonoki
"This was an important meeting! We should expect that Robin should arrive back soon!" Momonoki explained, clearly trying to gain the favor of Kalego
"Kalego, you know it is rude to abruptly call someone up for a meeting without an appointment" Sullivan glared at Kalego, resulting in Kalego to shutter a bit before approaching Sullivan and whispering something into Sullivan's ear.
"Oh, okay! Nevermind! Continue on with your meeting!" Sullivan was now cheerful, which threw off every other staff member present except for Balam and Opera.
Everyone sat around patiently until finally, Robin busted through the door a minute later.
"I'm sorry I'm la-" Robin immediately gets cut off by Kalego
"HOW DARE YOU ARRIVE LATE TO THE MEETING NEWBIE!" Kalego grabs Robin and forces him down on a chair before returning to his position, "I have an important message to tell each and every single one of you! Shichiro, keep an eye on the door and make sure that no other students hear about this! Suzy, lock down this section of the building! It is important that what we say here remains here until further notice!
"What is the message yis?" Suzy asked calmly, Suzy activated her plant magic to cover up the pathways towards the conference room to ensure that no student could get close by during the conference.
"Is everything secure" Kalego asked, in a serious tone as if it weren't a question but rather a demand
"Everything is secure yis." Suzy replied
"Alright, it has come to our attention that among the students, one of them is the future Demon King!" Kalego announced, the entire meeting room went silent as everyone was stunned into absolute silence besides Sullivan, Balam, and Opera. The mere idea that a student here was the future Demon King would send ripples all throughout the school if it was heard by anyone else around. How could this even be?
"How are you so sure?" Oswell asked
"All the information I gathered with Shichiro and Opera-Senpai proved it near completely... for the sake of keeping the student's identity a secret and not completely disturbing them, however it is important that every teacher's job here is put into full security mode. We mustn't let any mischievous individuals enter the school grounds at all costs and create chaos and pandemonium for the students. The mere thought that the future Demon King is attending this school would cause waves of disaster. Even if you yourself realize who it is, do not... I repeat... DO NOT PRESS THE ISSUE WITH THE STUDENT! It is our job to make sure our students are safe and prepared for the future! KEYWORD PREPARED! If the student finds out too soon that they are the future Demon King, this may jeopardize the entire Netherworld! For the sake of future generations of Demons, we must keep their identity hidden from peering eyes and for that matter, keep their identity hidden from you." Kalego explained it with vigor and intent, the meeting room was in sheer panic as they all tried their hardest to think about who it could be.
"Here is where we must keep full tabs on the school grounds! Shichiro must keep full alert on all activities around campus to ensure no shady individuals get anywhere around the student. The teachers all throughout must report to me, Opera-Senpai, or Shichiro as quickly as possible if they discover any hint that another student may jeopardize the identity of the student! Most importantly, a teacher needs to keep an eye on the activities of the Demon King Battlers party! Although they aren't dangerous, if they realize who matches the exact description of the prophesized Demon King then they won't stop until they forcefully get their way to meet them. That teacher's goal will be to prevent them from realizing who that student is-"
"The student your talkin' about is Iruma-san, right!" Robin interrupted jokingly, Kalego froze along with Balam.
"Wait... it was Iruma-san?" Robin quickly turned a pale white as he just accidentally revealed the student to every single teacher in the room.
"YOU IDIOT NEWBIE, I'LL HAVE YOUR HEAD FOR THIS" Kalego grabbed Robin by the hair and began to pull extremely harshly as Robin began to cry out in pain
"I'M SORRY I DIDN'T REALIZE! AND I'M NOT A NEWBIE ANYMORE!" Robin was begging for mercy
"KEEP THOSE SLY REMARKS TO YOURSELF! YOU OVERGROWN CELERY STALK!" Kalego kept abusing Robin, as all the staff present kept completely silent.
