The alpha sit again while Jimin cried silently, the omega is really hurt now he can't stand this situation. He also hurt because of the alpha's directly insulted by his own lawyer Yoongi.

Jungkook attorney stand up and face the judges and start to talk. "Chief judge, Mr. Jeon the alpha and Mr. Park the omega we're both adults when they consented to sex. But Mr. Jeon wasn't aware of Mr. Park's pregnancy, so it's groundless to accuse him of being irresponsible. What we need to focus on at this point is who can give the child a better future. Please allow us to present a new evidence that Mr. Park didn't take care of the child properly."

Jimin is shocked look at Yoongi with his pale face and wide eyes. "What evidence?" Jimin thought. The lawyer is obviously not aware about the evidence that they are talking about.

"Proceed." The chief judge said and advised the judicial to get the USB and play. Jungkook attorney hand over the USB to judicial secretary and play the video inside the court room.

The video was taken in Jimin's small kitchen when little Seol tried to cook congeè for Jimin and accidentally spread the fire on the gas stove, Jungkook took video against the omega to get the custody.

Jimin is shocked and people inside the court room start the commution. The alpha's attorney give the pictures to chief judge, The pictures when Jungkook and his son in the school with Keke eating on the play ground happy and contented.

"The defense lawyer claims that the defendant is able to take care of the child alone." The attorney continue talking against Jimin custody.

He also gave the photo to the judge Jimin is walking wet outside the hotel when someone inside the car approached him. That is the time when Min Yoongi invited him to party and he left the party with wet clothes.

Jimin can't believe everything, he thought that the alpha is genuinely help him that night but he was wrong because the alpha grab the opportunity to crushed him.

Jungkook attorney continue talking to the chief judge. "This is ridiculous, in the video showing that the child turn on the stove without precautions and Mr. Park party till the wee hours and got drunk. He dressed in such an improper manner and wandered around late at night even was mistaken for an escort."

The omega can't take it anymore he stand up and yell to alpha.. "You are lying! I wasn't drunk! I wasn't drunk at all!" Yell Jimin. But Jungkook remain his poker face.

The commotions started again. "Order in the court! Order! Please do not disturb the court!" Said the judge while hamming the wooden block sound. Jimin sat down with his tears on his eyes.

"Objection!" Said Yoongi and he stand up. "The prosecution lawyer insulted my client." LHe pointed the Alpha's attorney and look at the chief judge again.

"Prosecution lawyer, please mind your language." Remind the judge and Jungkook attorney nodded to them still continue talking.

"As such, I can draw the conclusion that the defendant fails to be a qualified omega father. His mental state and lifestyle are not suitable for raising a child." Jungkook lawyer said.

Min Yoongi stand and rebutt. "Objection! The prosecution lawyer shouldn't jump to a conclusion solely based on a few pictures." Said Yoongi.

The argument is getting intense, Jimin still
crying with his pleading face to Jungkook but the alpha is with his poker face, thinking of the omega yesterday with Min Yoongi. The madness on him that he cannot figure out.

The court adjourned and ready after forty minutes for the final decision. Jimin is silently crying. Everyone went out to take a break.

Jimin followed his lawyer outside he walk fast to him, asked him question. "What do you think? Are we going to lose? Please tell me!" Said Jimin desperate to get the answer. The lawyer look at the omega with his angry face.
