Jung hoseok, A 27 year old, famous doctor, works in Asan medical center in Seoul, the no. 1and biggest hospital of south korea. He is cold, strict, and a kind of person, who never Keeps any relationships with his patients. He is just too serious for his profession.
But one day, the most heartbreaking and horrible case of his life, or should say of every doctor's Life who are working there, came in that hospital. A r*pe case of 20 year old young boy, who's not only gang r*ped by some filthy rich people, but also beaten and tortured to death.
Hoseok's heart ached for the first time of his medical career, while looking at the boy's condition. His face having many cuts and injuries, which are completely deforming his face, as the boy's face got hit by some hard objects. His ribs, arm and leg bones are also broken, while his skull seems to be crushed by some heavy rock. The boy was barely breathing, and fighting between life and death. In an instant, hoseok and the whole team of doctors got into their work of saving the boy's life.
The operation was a success, and the boy was out of danger now. The doctors tried to find out the details of that boy, just to find out that the boy's family is murdered by those r*pists, and they have no information about his friends. Hoseok was feeling more hurt by knowing that there will be no one to fight for that boy's justice. But he decided to shrug it off, as he has nothing to do with the boy. He is no one to him, and as always, he decided to maintain the doctor-patient relationship.
The same night, hoseok was writing the reports of taehyung in his file, when he heard the other whimpering something in his sleep. "Le-leave m-m-me, I-b-be-beg y-yo-you" taehyung said, and started to breath heavily. Hoseok's eyes widen and he immediately rushed close to him. "Taehyung? calm down. They are not here. You are safe." He said, and placed his hand on other's head softly, but it didn't worked. The other is having a nightmare of that night and having a panic attack. Hoseok slowly made him sit, and hugged him to himself. "Don't worry taehyung. They are not here. No one is here. You are safe. No one is going to hurt you." he mumbled soothing words in his ear, and surprisingly, the boy fell asleep. After he fell asleep, hoseok stared at his face, which is having countless injuries, stitches, and Band-Aids on them. His eyes travelled down to his body, now noticing the same injuries there, the broken limbs, and most importantly, his broken soul.
"No one is going to fight for your justice" he mumbled to himself. His hand unknowingly went towards his head, and caressed on his hair softly. "And you will die because of loneliness and depression, if anyone didn't took your responsibility" he mumbled again. He stared at his face carefully, and he can say, that the other is utterly pretty under those scars.
He decided to fight for taehyung's justice. He decided to fight till his last breath, until taehyung's r*pists get their punishment. Now he is not going to leave those monsters alone, whoever did this disgusting crime to that innocent boy.
But things changed, when taehyung opened his eyes after almost a week of coma.
"I-i can't see anything."
"What can you see taehyung?"
"N-nothing."
Hoseok and other doctors runs some tests on him, and they found out that the other's optic nerve got damage because of the harsh hits on his face and head.
But, the thing everyone noticed, taehyung's real eye colour used to be brown, as they saw in his identity card. But now, they have turned blue. No one can say that these are the eyes of a blind person.
So, what is the strange thing happened to taehyung? Is it gonna be some kind of boon or curse to his life? And will hoseok able to make taehyung forget his horrible past now? Will he able to get justice for him? And most important, does being with taheyung, gonna melt hoseok's cold heart? Does he, going to fall in love with his patient, or he is just going to maintain his strict business?
