i have let out
my demons,
when the night
is at its peak—
when the sun hides
from the prickling stars,
and the pale moon
is weak.

for constellations
do not tell
who you are
or who you'll be—
it's the people around you
that shape you,
mould you,
until your skin bleeds.

or so they say,
perhaps— i'd like to change that.
for i am not
who they tell me to be.
i'll break the mould,
and tear the ropes-
for i am
just me:

just a girl who loves
the words that she writes;
and lives in the wind,
the sky, and the sea.

──────i don't know what this thing is supposed to mean but what i do know is that this spewed out from the depths of my soul and onto this screen. you're more than welcome to interpret the "deep" meaning behind this. lol.
