Lakshmi: thank you Dr. Oberoi.

Rishi: it's absolutely fine.

Lakshmi happily went to her office .

A week passed and Rishi and Lakshmi were friends now because of Barfi the pup and so were shalu nd ayush although shayush roasted each other every time. But that's not the case with  Rishmi here..

Everything went okay till Lakshmi came home one day and saw a crying shalu.

Lakshmi hugged her.

Shalu: Lakshmi I am sorry really sorry yaar.... Me bohot kharab hoon.

Lakshmi : nahi shalu aisa nahi hai tu aise mat bol yaar. Kya hua hai.

Shalu: I lost my job and ab hum kaise rahege? Kya karenge..?

Lakshmi: koi nahi meri salary me khana aur rent hojayega..

Shalu : nahi hoga tu rent ka adhe ka adha deti thi. Me apni salary se deti thi ab...

Lakshmi: hum nayi job dekhenge naa tere liye mere office me..

Shalu: pakka?

Lakshmi: haa pakka ab ajaa maggi khayegi?

Shalu nodded and hugged her.

Next day they went to Lakshmi's hotel for asking about any job and they had a job for a  manager and shalu qualified for the interview and they both were happy.

They went back home and saw a notice on their door which was a legal notice for eviction.
Shalu: aise kaise kar sakkte hai landlord.

Lakshmi: shalu rent due tha humare paas 3 din hai to find a new home..

They both were busy in searching for a new home Lakshmi left barfi in Rishi clinic for 2 days and she said she won't be taking him because they are having pest control in their flat. Rishi agreed to that .

Rishi: yes Jackie what's the newz what is she doing?

Jackie: Boss flat eviction notice aya hai unhe woh affordable ghar dhoond rahe hai..

Rishi: what she lied? How can she lie...

Rishi :okay Jackie now listen to my instructions carefully do as I say ASAP tumhare paas sirf 3 ghante hai.

Rishi texted : hey lakshmi please meet me at the cafe near my clinic it's urgent..

Lakshmi was in that area only looking for flats so she thought of taking a break and went in the cafe..

Rishi: hello Ms. Bajwa..

Lakshmi knitted her eyebrows: hi Mr. Oberoi ummm. Kya hua Rishi u look tensed aur tumne hi kaha tha ki ab hum friends hai so we won't call each other by surnames...

Rishi: u lied? Toh kis baat ki friendship...

Lakshmi: what do u mean?

Rishi: tum ghar dhoond rahi ho na that's why u left barfii.

Lakshmi: tum mujhe stalk kar rahe ho...

Rishi: nooooo..... Nahiiiiii tum jis company ke through ghar dhoond rahi ho woh ayush ki aur meri hai...

Lakshmi: whaat? Really..

Rishi: haan aur mujhe dusro se pata chal raha hai ye sab ..

Lakshmi: I am sorry me tumhe pareshaan nahi karna chahti thi..already I am troubling u with barfii..

Rishi: who said barfii is a trouble.. Aur tum dost ho toh kaisa trouble haan? Me tumse baat hi nahi karna chahta

Lakshmi: I am sorry Rishi.. Please naraz mat ho and she was about to cry she kept her hand on Rishi's hand.. Me bohot pareshan thi Rishi naye sheher me meri dost aur me bina ghar ke kaha rahege? barfi ka kya hoga?

Rishi: acchaa don't cry Lakshmi kuch nahi hoga me ayush ko kehta hai u will find a home soon.. Okay...now stop crying...chalo lets go

Lakshmi: kahaan

Rishi took her in his car and they were at a mall.
. Lakshmi: yaha kyu aye hain.

Rishi: mujhe shopping karni hai ! Akele nahi ana chahta tha so... Aur ayush bhi free nahi tha so May we?

Lakshmi nodded : okay but jaldi haan .

Rishi: yaa

Rishi picked up a few casuals for himself and one dress for Lakshmi which she refused to accept but Rishi insisted so she did.

They both went out where the guard stopped them

Guard: Sir Maam aaj humari opening anniversary hai so we are here with a lucky draw so please aap ye box me se chit nikaliye.

Rishi: mujhe call ara  hai tum nikal lo chit me ata hoon.

Lakshmi took out a chit.
And soon the two men on the lucky draw table started clapping.

Rishi came back: kya hua?

Man 1: mam won  a grand prize . A luxury apartment in bandra and 1 crore rupees.

Lakshmi : what ?  Woww.
She ran towards Rishi and hugged him.

Lakshmi: Thank you soo much Rishi agar tum yaha nahi ate toh mujhe ye prize nahi milta..

Rishi smiles: Welcome ( yes it was his plan)

Jackie as Man 2: congratulations maam aap ab ye flat ki keys aur cash prize humare saath chalke collect kar lijiye.
