The next day arrives faster than the human eye can blink, it is 7:00 AM but you still feel like you could run a mile."PING" another message, you pick up your phone, it's from Young Volleys.
Young Volleys: Hi there! Just a quick reminder that you're due to come today at 10:00 AM! If you believe there will be any delays or you will be absent from this signup, please let us know before 9:30, thank you.
Of course, you will be there, this is the chance you have always needed so there is no way you could not appear just because of a silly mishap. or is there?
Suddenly a choking sound comes from your Grandma Kazuko, and a rush of footsteps rushing to her room is all you can hear. You run too, as you know of its seriousness.Grandma Kazuko is a caring 82-year-old who is currently suffering from mouth cancer, the thought of it makes you want to cry. You couldn't imagine life without her, it's almost like life without the color, without the joy, and without the love. You see the rest of your family also surrounding her bed, while she lays, choking. The word "worried" is written all over them, even Erika, your younger sister who normally wouldn't care seems to understand the urgency of this situation.
"Someone call the doctor!" Your mum urged.
"Call the doctor y:n!"
You run back to your room, grab your phone and dial the ambulance as fast as possible. You feel a tear run down your once-overjoyed face, but it doesn't tear you down. There is still a chance...
Finally, someone answers your call for help, and you spit out every word as fast as you can, knowing your family has put their trust in you.
"Help, my grandma is choking nonstop!" You plead, knowing what you say matters.
"Is she able to breathe? And may I ask how old she is and if she has any severe conditions?"
"Well no, she is choking. But she is 82 years old with cancer" You add.
"We are on our way, remain on this call, and tell your grandma to relax and breath." The lady on the other side of the phone replies.
You do exactly that and rush to your grandma's room where your family is still watching over here.
"Are they coming?" Your mother asks, sorrowfully.
"Yes, you need to relax her though," I reply, panting with worry.
But then, she stops choking. And stops blinking, and living...
