Teju: kya bol rahay ho papa. He is just a friend. Aur aap aaj hi mila ho ussey. Itna kya pyaar hogaya ek din mai

Papa: beta muje logo ki parak hai. You know I warned you about karan also na. Dekh kya huva

Teju: papa please. Muje uss ke barema mai kuch baat nai karni

Papa: par beta

Teju: bas papa. If you want me to be home aaj k baad we will never discuss this topic again. I came back for work not for some personal reasons

With that teju stormed out of the house for meeting with rohit sir and team. The meet went well and rohit sir congratulated teju for her comeback and gave her blessings. In the evening she had to meet dev for dinner so she grabbed herself a coffee and left

Dev: hi girlfriend! How was your meeting

Teju: aaj evening ko trailer launch hai aur press conference bhi. Frankly speaking dev i m so scared. It's been 3 years. Log muje bhul chukey hongay. Un ka kya reaction hoga? I m so perplexed right now

Dev: teju teju teju calm down bacha. I know you are really nervous but yeh sab tu pehley kar chuki hai. Don't think about people ka reaction and all, just be confident, moreover be urself. I got your back okay!

Teju: thenks dev.

Dev: I will be rooting for you
And after your event I will take you to the beach

Teju: sachhi ? It's been so long since I have been there

Teju's pov
Teju tayaar hoja. Ab ye headlines roz ka hai. I have been low key for so long. How am I gonna deal with all of  this! again...

At the press conference the media was bombarding her with questions. She was continuously fidgeting with her fingers. She maintained her composure and tried to keep calm. She was taken off guard when a media person question her about karan. Ma'am what happened to karan kundrra and you 3 years back? Was he cheating on you too? Earlier his ex before you (AD) also accused him of cheating. There intimate picture also surfaced 3 years back wen you decided to quit. So the fans were assuming was he the reason for influencing your decision in the past?

Teju was numb. She didn't expected it to come like that. She was not prepared to answer the question. But again if she ignores the question then they will assume it as a yes. She though herself says that she had moved on from karan but still does not wanted to tarnish his image. She calmed herself and wen she was about to answer rohit sir interrupted

Rohit: I think it's invasion of her personal space. Kuch film related bate karay

Teju: No sir I will answer. If not now they will keep pestering me throughout. With confidence in her voice she answered..

Karan never cheated on me and I believe he never did in any of his relationship. He may be this tuff wanna be munda from outside but he is this little kid from inside. Only people closer to him come across this personality trait of his. He is a wonderful human being who has done great things for the society but does not believe in highlighting it. Extremely kind hearted and loving. And ya as per as our break up is concerned, we both are adults and know what we want in our lives and for our future. And ya, break up is not a one way thing. The decision was mutual and it was both of us

Another reporter: but ma'am what do you have to say about his recent behavior in the public?

Teju: pardon

Reporter: he have been indulging in fights everywhere, drunk driving, misbehaving with co actors, paps etc etc

Teju: was baffled hearing that. She  hesitantly replied. Oh! I have just come back 3 days back so  not aware of the situation

Another reporter: ma'am a rohit shetty film is a dream for everyone. How do you have to say about working with him

Teju: working with him was absolutely amazing. He has been this mentor to me since kkk days and I have always looked upto him for inspiration. We shot for this film 3 years back and it's finally coming to theatres now. And more importantly it's my comeback and what could be more great than a film from one of the finest director

She answered all the question deligently. The press conference got over and she finally breathe a sign of relief. To her surprise dev was waiting for her outside. She hopped in the car

Teju: itni jaldi you came. I thought you will be late. Kab aaya

Dev: just after the press conference started

Teju: Wer you waiting for me all this time. You could have come inside na. Pata toh chalta mey ney kaise jawab diya

Dev: You nailed it meri sherni. I was watching you live

Teju: thanks. Immediately her face fell thinking about karan. What the reporters were saying about him. She was brought out of her reverie wen dev said toh ma'am do you still miss your ex? Aap jes tara se uss  ki tarifdaari kar rahi thi, seems like you are still in love

Teju: are you crazy? No fucking ways.
I was just worried. Esa kya huva hoga jo us ne esa halat bana liya apna

Dev drove them to the beach. Teju was feeling the fresh air and running towards the waves. Her mind still occupied by karan

Dev: girlfriend! Look I have bought some pizza's and wine for celebrating your comeback

Teju: Awww dev tu kitna sweet hai yaar. Agar muje tu pehle mila hota to mai tujse pakka shaadi kar leta

Dev was not sure how to react on her statement. Should he be happy or sad?

They clicked there glasses and started eating sitting on the shore

Dev: kaha se aaya yeh?

Teju: matlab?

Dev: shaadi vaadi and all ?

Teju: oh I forgot to tell you. Today morning papa insisted me to marry you. He thinks you like me and that we both look good together. Muje toh soch k bhi haasi aati hai ki tu aur mai! And starts laughing holding her stomach

Dev: with a serious expression on his face he blurted out...ek mauka toh de sakte hai na teju!
