Chapter 1: Mystery Of The Missing

   Children are going missing. Normally She wouldn't care, however, it appeared she was next.
Let me explain.
   Her name is Jamie Cortez and a week ago, she started having dreams... Or rather, nightmares. Most of them were about Angels and Demon fighting. She'd never been the imaginative type, so she wondered what was going on, but for the most part she ignored it. But soon she just couldn't. The dream settings changed and she started to dream about people being dragged into a basement, never to be found again. First Jennifer Collins, the school queen bee( now this was a dream, she'd never liked her, she thought it'd be nice for her to get lost and never be found again) then Bryan McKinney, the school's star jock, Then Heather Aniston, the school's star nerd, right after her, of course.
     Only, waking up 3:30am, in cold sweat, every morning and not being able to go back to sleep affects your studies. And she was very particular about her studies.
      Jamie was about to fall asleep during math class again, so she took a hall pass to the bathroom, to wash her face so her senses would be more alert, so as to avoid falling asleep again, but what she saw in the empty hallway made her heart race.
      It was Jennifer Collins, being dragged into a portal of some sort, and in the background of the portal was the same basement she'd seen in her nightmares.
       She stood horrified by the sight in front of her. When her brain finally processed it, she decided to try and help, but it was too late, she'd been dragged into the portal and when she told the teachers what'd happened, they told her that she was the top student and she was probably just hallucinating from too much stress or lack of sleep, and she hoped they were right until she awoke and Jennifer Collins had been reported missing.
        Everywhere she went people whispered about her, she assumed word got out about what she had seen, and now, they thought she'd killed Jennifer. The next day it was Bryan McKinney and the next Heather Aniston. All kids from that school. People started to change schools, and she was becoming really scared, she started to think she was the one killing them, after all each kid that appeared in her dreams would just disappear the next day. She'd try warning them beforehand, but they all said she was crazy. And when they disappear, their friends would tell the principal what happened and propose the idea that she was the murderer. The principal called in her parents and soon, they said that she'd have to be sent to a special school for kids like her. Her own parents thought she was crazy and soon, they started to pack her bags, for the dormitory educational institution.         
      The night before she was sent to the special school she cried herself to sleep, and had yet again another nightmare. She was sick of these nightmares, but alas, she could not control them, so she plunged into the darkness of her own dreams to see which kid would be dragged into the basement next,... Only to see her own face...
 
                   She was next...
