IBTEEY'S POV
I was a bit nervous today! Its gonna be my first day in college and there's a heap of clothes on my bed. I'm still undecided on what to wear. Winter is coming, everywhere is getting a bit chilly. So I settled for a plain knee lenght top with black pencil jeans. I wore a black winter coat and some black Nike boots. I dont really like wearing make up unless on occassions. So I just dabbed some lip gloss and wrapped a pink scarf. I was good to go. I got a cab that took me to school. Lecture starts in a few minutes. I looked at my timetable and headed to the lecture theatre. I took a deep breath and got a seat at the first row. I hope International Relations is not a bad choice.
Classes was not as bad as I thought. I needed to buy some books that the professor wanted us to have for references and all. I got one from the library. It was really a hectic day, walking from here to there and I felt a lil bit hungry. I decided to go to the cafeteria. I had to look at the map to locate the place. Mehn! The school is soo large. I settled on my seat and savoured my bagel and orange drink. My phone vibrated

In the Cafeteria
I waited a while before he arrived. Ge looked really cool dressed in white shirt, black jacket and black jeans. He smiled and waved before sitting opposite me.
"Hey!" I said returning the smile.
"So this is it. We've finally met. Nasma was acting crazy a week ago telling me that I should take care of you and all. I told her you can take care of yourself and I was right...You are in the cafeteria with no help.!!!!!" He stated
Did Nasma say that?? Am gonna kill her I swear!
"Oh yeah! I'm blending in!" I said with a smile.
"That's great. I've got classes in a minute. See you around!" He said and stood up to go.
"Alright Bye!" I said
So this is it. He's not even gonna show me around? Lord! Its not like I mind or something. I just dont get him. He acts like he's nice, but in a weird way. God!!
I had another class before I left for my apartment. I got on a bus since my apartment was not far from the school. The landlady said my roomate will be coming in a few days. Some indian girl that is a designer. Well... I cant wait to meet her.
I dropped my keys on the coffee table and headed to my room. I showered and dressed casually in a Hello Kitty baggy T-Shirt with pink shorts. I tied my hair in a messy bun and headed to the kitchen. I made nyself a cup of caffé latté, my fave. I went through the notes I alredy wrote during the lecture then surfed the net for some more info. I finished studying by 7:00pm. I prayed and then made dinner. Bowl of noodle soup. Delishus!! I gobbled by dinner and played some music. Ed Sheeran is singing Kiss Me into my ears as I placed some posters in my room. My room now looks like a girls own. The cute posters, pink sheets, strawberry scent, blah blahh. I missed my room back there at home.I usually lay on my bed and Baaba will read me bedtime stories. He'll kiss my forehead and bid me goodnight. When I grew up, at my teenage age, I 'll spend most of time talking to him and cracking jokes. Gosh! I miss him. My phone vibrated.

Not yet. My roomate will be here in some few days. She's a designer and is a bit older than I am.

Now am clutching my stomach. I just shook my head and kept the phone on the dresser. I changed into my nightie and drifted into a cute slumber.
