Alex was upset, her home life wasn't great and she didn't have many true friends
She felt alone.
She'd recently seen some stuff on tiktok about self harm and was curious but scared.

One night she'd had a really bad argument with her dad.
"you never do anything in this house, you sit there on your phone all the time, You never help me and your mum. Whenever we ask for something you can't do it all you do is take and never give I'm fed up with this"
Alex couldnt say anything. She just started at the floor and tried to hold her tears back as her dad continued to shout. Her thoughts were racing she was getting warm and overwhelmed and trying so hard to hold back the tears.

Why can't it stop she thought

When her dad was done she ran off to the bathroom and cried. She spotted her razor out of the corner of her eye...
