Chapter 6

Hey I made some name changes

Sarah is now Emma

Jake is now Alex

And this will be an extra long chapter, I've noticed that my chapters are pretty short. Sorry!

"Emma and Romeo are coming over to work on the project!" I yelled across the hall so that Alex could hear me.

"Okay!" He replied. He didn't sound too okay. Maybe he was a bit nervous that Emma was coming over for him. Actually Emma hasn't been over to our house before. Oh well, I guess she'll see how big it is.

I walk down the hall and knock on Alex's door. *Knock Knock* I waited for him to open the door. When he opened the door, or should I say his little robot opened the door, I could see he was nervous.

"Why are you nervous?" I asked.

"Because..." He murmured, looking down slowly.

"You're going to have to tell me, or else I can't make you feel better." I said.

"I'mnervousbecauseEmmaisreallycuteandsheiscomingovertoworkwithmenotyouandidon'tknowhowitwillgo. Oh wait you probably can't understand me. I'm nervous because Emma is really cute, and she is coming over to work with me, not you and I don't know how it will go." He explained.

I just laughed and said "Oh, just ask her out why don't cha?" I exited his room still laughing. When I got to my room, I sat there listening to music on my terrace hammock. My parents got me it for my birthday last year. I waited until I saw some people walk up to our house. It was Emma and Romeo!!

Yay! They are here. I guess its time to work on the project. Romeo and I decided to start on the animal cell model. I'm not sure what else we will do after me finish the model because I'm pretty sure that we will finish it fast.

*Ding dong dang dong*

The doorbell rang. I ran downstairs and opened the door. I greeted them with hugs. I move out of the way so that they can enter. I tell them to help themselves to something to drink while I go get Alex. I could see a faint blush showing on Emma's cheeks. Hmmmm, I wonder why? (Warning that statement contains large amounts of sarcasm. Read at your own pace.)

I walked down the hall to Alex's room. I knocked on the door and he opened he door. I guess he didn't know that they were here. Probably listening to music, studying, or watching football. Did I mention that he is trying out for the quarterback on our school's football team? Well know I did.

"Hey, Romeo and Emma *nudge nudge* are here. Come say hi. Then you can ask out Emma, I mean work on the project with Emma. Wait, no, I did mean ask her out. Haha. come on let's go." I joked

"Okay." Alex replied.

"Hey there!" Emma said staring at Alex. I walked over to her and whispered in her ear, "He's really smart and plays football. Have fun. Don't stay up too late." I swear she would fall over right now. Alex grabbed her hand and they ran to his room. Children.

"Well then let's get going." I gestured to the stairs. I took his hand and ran up the stairs. we didn't start on the project right away but we did after about 15 minutes. When we a started we went straight to work on the model. I had already started to right the explanation as he finished up the final touches on the model. When we finished we sat there pondering what to do next. my parents were on a business trip in Hawaii for the rest of the month so we had the house go ourselves.

"Hey Ro, wanna go listen to there conversation?" I asked.

"Sure, why not Wen." he replied.

We walked down the stairs quietly. We didn't want to be heard. when we got to Alex's room, I put my ear next to the door to listen to their conversation. I didn't hear anything. That's weird. I slowly opened the door only to find them staring at each other with prices of clay on their hands. Who knows how long they have been doing that.

"Hey there lovebirds. What'cha doing?" I said startling them. Emma fell off of the bed and on to the floor, while Alex just looked up at me.

"Jesus, Wendy. Why did you do that? Aren't you guys supposed to be working on your project?" Emma asked.

"Nope, we finished. And cuz I can, duh." I replied. "Now will you two please answer my question?"

"I actually have no idea at all. I just said that we should start working on the project after about five minutes after we went into my room. After that I have no idea." Alex explained.

I just laughed like an idiot. When I finally stopped laughing, I said "Wow, you guys really are in love? Aren't you? You do realize that was 3 hours ago, right?"

"REALLY??!!!! OMG WE HAVE TO GET TO WORK IN THIS PROJECT, NOW!!!!!!" Emma freaked out.

"Relax. We'll help you, mostly keep you on task, but come on let's get going." I assured them.

"Whew! We are done with the plant cell. That only took two hours to do. Haha." I said

"That's because you two were just sitting there staring, with the occasional kiss, while we did all of the work." Emma explained.

"You missed quite a lot, too" Alex said.

"Like what?" Romeo asked.

"Like us." Alex somewhat explained."

"What do you mean?" I questioned.

"Oh ya know, (cue dreamy sigh) pretty much what I've dreamed of since yesterday. And the occasional kiss..." Emma explained a bit faster and quieter at the end. While she explained this she started to hug Alex. Ewwww, but you know I ship it!

"That's cool. 😐. Oh who am I kidding. JSKAWKENFOZNANAOWBRFKXNNANSKJGBKDSHSKDJCNSIHDKSJDJDJ! I am so happy for you guys. I'm literally so happy I'm starting to see black spots everywhere. No really someone help me..." I said as I blacked out from too much excitement, if that's even possible.

"WENDY!!!" I think Alex yelled.

Just then everything went black.

"Oh my god. My sister just blacked out from excitement. She said that one day this was going to happen, but I didn't know that it actually would happen. I'm sorry. I'm franking probably not he best impression. " I ranted to Emma.

"No no no, it's ok I understand. She is my best friend. I will probably never understand her on the level that you do, but I get it. I may not ever get it the way you do but I understand. Trust me, I do." Emma said as she rested her head on my shoulder. We were at the hospital because of what happened with Wendy.

"Alex Morgan, Romeo Teon, and Emma Ki, would you please follow me." The doctor said as we followed him back to the room that Wendy was in.

"She is in here. Don't worry she'll be fine, unless she passes out again but there's only a 50% chance of that happening." The doctor explained.

"Hey there Wen, how ya doing?"

"Hehe. I'm fine." She giggled.

"Hey can you guys please step out of the room for a second? Sorry." Romeo asked.

"Umm sure, I guess." Emma replied sounding a bit confused.

We stepped out of the room and waited outside the door to wen's room. It was only a few minutes but then Romeo opened the door and walked away. He just walked away. Ummm ok then.

Emma walked inside and I followed her. But what I saw was shocking.
