The Prince woke up to a cold and empty room. He sat up, rubbed his eyes and looked around, but Farah was nowhere to be found. As he stumbled out of the bed, he saw a piece of paper lying on the ground with Farah's handwriting. He quickly picked it up and read it:

"Dear Prince, I'm sorry I had to leave you this way, but I had no choice. The Vizier is after us and I have to keep the Dagger safe. Please don't follow me. I'll return as soon as I can. Farah."

The Prince was angry and confused. He had trusted Farah and they had formed a bond on their journey. He quickly dressed and took the medallion she had left him, then he set out to find her.

He followed her trail through the labyrinthine halls of the tomb, his anger and frustration growing with each step. He finally caught up with her at the edge of a cliff overlooking an enormous hourglass. Farah was standing there, the Dagger of Time in hand, surrounded by monsters.

"Farah, what are you doing? Why did you leave me?" The Prince called out, drawing his sword.

"I'm sorry, Prince. I had to keep the Dagger safe," Farah replied, her voice shaking with fear.

The Prince approached her, his sword at the ready. The monsters advanced on them, and Farah stumbled back, towards the edge of the cliff. The Prince reached out to grab her, but it was too late. She fell over the edge, towards the hourglass.

The Prince was beside himself with grief. He ran to the edge of the cliff and looked down, but Farah was nowhere to be seen. He knelt there, his sword clattering to the ground, and wept for her.
