Hi!!! I'm still thankful for the people who've made it this far into the crap I write. This chapter might be a story changer, but, it might not be. LOL. Ya, so, whenever I write it's so hard not to think about Hanbin. Stay fighting iKON.

Five weeks, seven hours, and twenty-four minutes. That was how long Junhoe had waited. Painfully looking at Jinjwan was all he could do. Very small progress had been made. Even talk about amnesia was thrown into conversation sometimes.

All Junhoe could do was pray and wait. Feeling as helpless as ever, one day he brought up the bravery to tell his parents something he had been holding onto for a long time. He figured that going through all this pain might ease the confession.

During when Junhoe would walk around the ward Jinjwan was in, he got a call from his dad.

"Son." The sternly voice said as soon as the male picked up the phone.

"Y-Yess," Junhoe stuttered.

"Where on Earth have you been!"

"At the hospital."

"Omfg! Junhoe baby are you okay?!" Junhoe heard his mother ask.

"It's a boy in my grade."

The male heard a sigh of relief come from his mother's mouth.

"We're, ah, friends."

Junhoe expected a snarky comment to come from his dad. But it never came.

"M-Mom, D-Dad." The boy shakily said. "I'm in l-love."

"Oh," He heard both his parents say. "That's fi-."

"With a boy." Junhoe cut his mom off. A long endless beep. The sound of someone hanging up.

Tears started to roll down the boy's face as he rushed back to Jinhwan's room.

He flopped down onto one of the chairs and let his tears fall.

"Please walk up." Junhoe pleaded though his tears as he held the elders hand.

Time skip~

Slowly Junhoe opened his eyes. He yawned and realized that he must have fallen asleep. Hanbin sat in the chair over on the other side of Jinhwan. The male had his arm crossed. He glared at Junhoe.

"You're gay."

Junhoe looked at the male confusingly.

Hanbin motioned down to the boys phone, which was unlocked.

"How'd you?"

"It was already like that."

The male cautiously picked up his phone and looked at the background. Gay lives matter.

"Listen," Hanbin calmly spoke as he stood up and dusted imaginary dirt off his pants. "Jinhwan is my baby boy, no one else's, okay. And if you ever get near him, you will die."

The taller male was taken back by the sudden threat. Speachless, he watched Hanbin get up and walk out of the room.

"Ow"

Junhoe whipped around to face the bed. Jinhwan's eyes were open and looking directly at Junhoe.

"H-Hanb-bin." Junhoe yelled.

The male looked into the room and caught Jinhwan's gaze.

"I'll get the doctor!" He rushed.

Junhoe ran over to the bed and knelt down. He gently held the elders hand.

"Jinhwan." He softly said and smiled.

"Junhoe." The elder wisspered back.

The sound of footsteps grew closer as three men in long white coats ran into the room. They checked Jinhwan's stairs and asked him questions. They were along the lines of, do you know your name, how old are you, what school's do you go to? Things like that.

The only questions Jinhwan struggled with was how he got there and his family members. After some explanations, Jinhwan was caught up.

The doctor's removed the tube from Jinhwan's mouth and changed his dressings. Junhoe couldn't make himself look away as the took off the bandage for his chest. A large bloody hole was right in the middle, just between his ribs. Jinhwan's head was worse though. A big bloody, gunky gap in the males forehead.

After about an hour of examining Jinhwan, everyone left but Junhoe in the small room. Before the doctor's left, one of them told Junhoe that he would have to bathe Jinhwan and reteach movement.

The male grabbed some body wash and went to the sink to wet a wash cloth.

"I'm gonna wash you okay?" Junhoe informed the elder.

Jinhwan nodded.

The younger put soap on the cloth and begain lightly dabbing the elders skin. Both boy's unconsciously smiled as the watched each other care for both themselves and the other.

...

It hurt Jinhwan to have something touch him.  No, scratch that, it hurt him even when no one touched him. Deep down Jinhwan felt shy but, when he looked at Junhoe, well that feeling instantly disappeared.

Knowing that he was shot was scary, but knowing that he could've died was even scarier. His nights were painful. Dreams of getting shot over and over again, scared the elder.

"I'm glad that you're awake." Junhoe told him one day while he was washing him.

"When will I be able to walk again?" The elder asked.

The younger one looked at him with a fixed expression. He scratched the back of his head before saying.

"About that...in order for you to walk you'd need to get a house with a guardian."

Jinhwan bit his lower lip as tears started to fall.

"You're still as sensitive as when I first met you." Junhoe chuckled as he leaned over to wipe the tears.

Jinhwan blushed as he felt the younger's soft fingers.

"Luckily, I'm your guardian."

"What?" The elder asked, shocked.

"When you were first brought here, one of the surgeons asked me if I wanted to be your guardian."

"What you say.?"

Junhoe ran his hand down Jinhwan's arm before whispering.

"I already told you."

Jinhwan smiled and hugged Junhoe's hand.

"Thank you." He whispered.
