*Noelle P.O.V*
"Noelle you didn't use a condom?" Eleanor asked
"No..." I said
"Well did Liam you know uh… pull out?" she asked out
"Oh my god Eleanor what If I am pregnant?!" I asked
"I have all the symptoms I feel sick, I missed my period, I have headaches, and I'm so tired lately oh my god Liam isn't gonna stay with my but I love him and I can't do this on my own" I said as I got up and started pacing back and forth
"Noelle"
"Oh my god I know it he's gonna break up with me"
"Noooelle"
"I was pregnant a week ago how am I pregnant again?"
"NOELLE!!!" Eleanor yelled
"What?" I asked
"Sit down" she said
"Liam will not leave you he loves you waaaay to much to do that plus you won't be alone you have me, Perrie, the Boys, and more importantly you have Liam. How long has it been since you had sex?" Eleanor told me
"Uhhh about 3 weeks ago... Oh my god El I am pregnant" I said as tears made their way down my face
"Babe don't cry we don't know for sure let's go to the doctor and get you checked out" El said
“I don't have any money El"
"Babe no worries I'll pay" she said but I refused
"Oh no El I can't possibly let you pay"
"Noelle I know how stubborn you can be I'm paying and that’s final"
I sighed "fiiiine let me get my bag and shoes"
"Ok I'll be in the car"

We were now on our way to the doctor El was focused on the road and my mind was going nuts what if I am pregnant? How will I manage while Liam was on tour? I have no money and would Liam leave me? That the one thing that was on my mind I love Liam and I don't wanna lose him.
We are now in the waiting room El checked me in then sat down next to me
"If anything, anything at all Noelle you have me to help you" Eleanor said
"Thank you El" I said as I pulled her into a hug
"Noelle Calder?" I heard someone say
"Uh yeah that's me" I said as I walked to a short brunette
"Hi I'm DR. Goldberg, so uh what brings you here today?"
"Ok um I think I'm pregnant I haven't gotten my period in almost a month and right before I had sex I should have gotten my period shortly after that but it hasn't come I have headaches, I'm tired, I feel so sick, I threw up this morning just I need to know" I spoke really fast
"Woah looks like you're really freaked put about this let me get a sample of your urine I'll run it through a test and we'll see" Dr.Goldberg Said
"Here just go in there and when you’re done bring it back to me" She said as she handed me a little cup when I was done doing as told I gave the cup to the doctor and waited until the results come in me and El decided to go grab a bite to eat until
"Eleanor what if I am pregnant?" I asked
"Well you know you can live with me and I'll help you" she said, god I love this girl
"Thank you El" I said with a smile
"No problem love" she said in her thick Manchester accent
"Dork let’s get back" we were now sitting in the room waiting for the doctor to come back with the results while waiting my phone buzzed I looked down to see who it was and it was, Liam
"Hey love what are you doing? :) xx Liam"
I hate that I have to lie to him I've never lied to him and lying about something like this is Terrible
"Hey babe I’m out with el right now you ? :) xx Noelle"
"Oh nothing just me and the rest of the boys are at Zayn's flat playing video games xx Liam"
"Noelle?" I looked up to see Dr.Goldberg "Uh we got the results so if you can come with me please" she said
"Yeah" I said
"Babe I gotta go I'll text you in a bit love you xx Noelle"

Oh my god he's so cute. I walked in to the little room sat down one the bed thing El stood next to me and the doctor stood in front of me
"So uh you have the results?" I asked nervously
"Yes Ms. Calder your pregnant your about a 2 weeks" the doctor said
"Oh my god me and Liam had sex 2 weeks ago I'm pregnant and the man I love is the dad" I said
"Noelle you’re gonna have a baby" Eleanor clapped and jumped up and down I'm actually really happy right now I'm gonna have a baby I had a smile plastered on my face as I said
"I know I so happy"
"Congrats you wanna see you baby?" the doctor asked
"Oh my god yes" I said
"Well let's do an ultrasound if you would lie down please"
I later down and pulled up my shirt the doctor set up the machine and squirted this really cold stuff on my stomach and started searching for m- I mean mine and Liam's baby
"Ok there is your baby" I looked at the screen and Saw him or her I saw my baby I was so happy but there is still one thing how will I tell Liam?
