It was another day, Y/n had woken up to her siblings talking. She couldn't care less as she just got up and got ready for the day.

- first person -

I got up and went to do my hair. My braids had gotten frizzy. I did two braids at the front, one on each side and let my hair free at the back (a lot like Tsireya's hair)
"Y/n!" I heard my older sister Zese yell
"What?" I respond
"Are you going on a date? Why are you getting so pretty at this time?" It was very early in the morning so I get why she would ask that
"No I'm not going on a date, I just felt like looking pretty, but thank you, sister." I respond
She nods smiling, giggling a little and walks back to what's he was doing
I leave our Marui and go to the ocean
The ocean was my favorite place
It was my first love
"Y/n!" I suddenly hear from behind me
I turn around to see Tsireya
"Hi Reya! What's the matter?"
I asked as she looked a little worried
"My parents said they need to see you, now." She said as she looked at me while he eyebrows furrowed into a worried expression
"Oh, alright" I quickly get out of the water and walk to their Marui as fast as possible
Once Ronal sees me she smiles
Ronal absolutely adores me, ever since I was a little child.
"I see you, Ronal" I do the 'I see you' sign with my hands and look around becoming aware of my surroundings
Aonung was sitting at one corner while my parents just stood there next to Tonowari. My mom was smiling at me excitedly while my father looked serious
"Y/n, we have called you here for a very important talk we need to have with you and our son." Tonowari starts
I glance over to Tsireya with a confused look in my eyes
She just looks down avoiding my eyes, she knows something I don't
"Take a seat" Ronal gestures for me to sit next to Aonung
I quickly nod and do as they say
"We have decided you and our eldest son Aonung, will be arranged to mate." As soon as those words leave Ronal's mouth I feel my heart drop
What? I thought to myself
"When?" I asked clearly anxious
"By the return of the Tulkuns" She responds
My hand starts shaking a little and Tsireya notices this, she quickly grabs my hand and keeps it in her grasp
I glance at Aonung and see he has the same expressions as me
"May I ask, why me?" I look up at Ronal
"You have great potential of being Tsahík, your abilities are incredible and you are a true warrior." Those words only made me a little bit more calm because of a confidence boost but I was still anxious.
I look at my parents, my dad still serious, almost uncomfortable with the situation, while my mother on the other hand she was nothing but super happy.
"I think a need some time to process this" I say as everyone looks at me
"Please excuse me" I make my way out of the Marui. As soon as I leave I run
What just happened? I'm arranged to mate with Aonung? Why? Why when the tulkuns return? Why Aonung? Why me? Those were all thought going through my mind. It was so sudden I was enjoying the clean like 5 minutes ago, I only woke up 15 minutes ago. All of this was too much.
