Few days later***

Is now Thursday ***

I have told my dad about the job I have gotten.

His reaction was expected.

Flashback to Tuesday**

I walked into the house after walking home.

Dad was sitting on the couch watching TV.

Oliver:" hey dad..."

Rick:" mm..."

He just kept his attention in the TV.

Oliver:" hey listen I need to tell you something. I've got a job..somewhere."

Rick:" oh yeah?....."

He says still paying no attention to me.

Oliver:" yeah...so I may not be home most of the tim-"

Rick:" ...I don't give two shits.....get outta my face..."

I furrowed my brows.

That was a drunk asshole.

I just rolled my eyes and went to my room.

Flashback over***

And well Damon has been training me to be the assistant for him.

Its pretty much the decent stuff.

Getting him coffee, lunch, going business rides with him, organizing his files and extra stuff.

Which is pretty easy.

And I thank him for getting me this job.

Some of his friends came up to him and had ask him to hang out.

But he just said no and stayed with me.

My face went warm.

I'm thinking about what Rhea had said.

If it's true.

That he's gay. And may be into me.

Mainly if he's into me.

I guess I'm just figuring out if I like him back. I'm still confused.
Mixed signals.

I wanted to ask him that question tho. But I'd think it'll be too rude or stupid to ask him that.....

I shook my head clearing it from all the heavy thinking.

Right.......it's.. the dinner today. That Damon had invited me to.

I remember him saying that his parents and his parents friends are going to be there.

Just a friendly gathering I suppose.

It is around 5 and I'm getting ready for the dinner.
