Why the fuck!? I don't want to go back there! Not with him...

My heart pounds loudly...

It feels like I'm running out of breath...

Not the stupid goddame smell of weed and cigarettes!!

Damon:" are you alright oliver?"

Then a gentle hand was placed on my chest.

He looks at me with his soft dark eyes.

I could feel my chest slow down as my breathing slows.

Damon.

Oliver:" yeah I'm okay. Thank you."

Damon:" we don't have to do this. If you need to go home we cou-"

Oliver:" no!...."

I say quickly.

Oliver:" I mean...we just got here...and the night is long so....we can stay"

He smiles at me.

Damon:" I understand Oliver.
He looks at me.

He gestures me back inside.

Damon's pov.

Oliver was hiding his feelings.
Because of his father. I want to help him. But I can't if he won't let me.

Oliver takes another bite from his meal.

Everytime Oliver is on his phone, he looks upset or in distress. It was his father making him feel this way.

Oliver:" damon"

I snapped out of thought.

I nod.

Oliver:" you okay?"

Damon:" yes I am well. Thank you. "

Yet he would be concerned for others.

Damon:" oliver"

He looks at me.

Damon:" could you tell me....more of your father?..."

He glances back at his plate but then at me.

Damon:" it's alright if you don't want too. I don't want you to feel like your being pressured..."

Oliver:" no...i-its....it's okay. I don't mind."

I nod a bit.

Oliver:" as I've, said before, I was close to my dad at one point. And that, the deaths of my mom was hard on both of us...."

Damon:" mhm.."

Oliver:" and as you know, that since then, he has become more....well....abusive..."

Abusive.
Explains alot of the bruises.

Oliver :" I trust you enough...to tell you.....everything..."

I nod.

Oliver:" remember when you had given me my homework from school yesterday?"
