Oh those Sisters!
So a quick Valentines special for you that I wrote in two hours! DO not expect the great American novel, this is just for a fast laugh!

"Sisters Misaka Imouto realizes that it has been too long without performing a prank Misaka Imouto declares hoping to entice Sisters into another fun adventure at the Friday evening meeting."
"Misaka 18888 agrees that the Sisters have allowed enough time to pass for friends to become complacent.
"Indeed Misaka 19910 cannot remember the last time a skirt flip has been performed Misaka 19910 states with sorrow and humor."
"Does this mean Misaka Imouto has a suggestion Misaka 11111 asks shyly."
"As all Sisters are aware Savior has a harem of which Savior only seems to be vaguely cognizant of Misaka Imouto reminds the Sisters with a disapproving frown."
A faint growl came from the throats of the Sisters present.
"Misaka Imouto reminds Sisters that Valentine's Day is rapidly approaching and this is a day when traditionally girls present boys with chocolates to indicate affection Misaka Imouto explains."
"How would this be a prank asks Misaka 11420."
"What if Sisters involved all of Savior's friends in the prank in the following manner..."
Twenty Sisters listened to the plan, helped refine it, then voted unanimously in favor of the plan.
"Oh boy this is going to be great chortles Misaka 19090." (1)
With time being short, the Sisters spread out over the City to put their plan into action:
"Friend Saten exclaims Misaka 19090 gleefully while approving of the tasteful blue and red striped panties."
*SHRIEK!*
Uiharu fell to the ground laughing at Saten's red face.
"Misaka 19090! I thought you Sisters had stopped skirt flipping?!" Saten cried out.
"Sisters only flip skirts on days ending in 'Y' explains Misaka 19090 with an evil grin."
Uiharu was now rolling on the ground, pounding her fist, she was laughing so hard.
Saten finally got her skirt under control, then helped a breathless Uiharu back to her feet. "I am guessing you are here because you and your Sisters wish to pull another prank, Misaka 19090," Saten said with a grin.
"Misaka 19090 laughs that the Sisters are becoming predictable and guess that perhaps occasional dinner meeting might be in order. But Misaka 19090 replies that yes Sisters wish to perform another prank on Savior and Big Sister for Valentine's Day and require Friend Saten and Friend Uiharu's assistance."
The two girls looked at each other with wicked smiles and said, "How can we help?"
"Misaka Imouto thanks Friend Index for meeting for Mochi and tea."
Index, attempting to contain her gluttony, smiled and replied, "Thank you for inviting me, Imouto! What would you like to discuss?"
"As Friend Index is aware Sisters like to perform pranks upon occasion for amusement Misaka Imouto reminds Friend Index."
