Chapter 11

Pedri's Pov

Last night y/n saw me and her bestfriend.

flashback

Yesterday me and y/n got into a fight. I'm gonna go to her place and apologise. I didn't mean to hurt her feelings. I love her.

I got into my car and drove to her place. I got out and knocked on the door. The door opened quickly and it wasn't y/n it was y/bf/n.
"Hi Pedri" She said.
"Hi" I replied while looking for y/n.
"Y/n isn't here,she went out"
"Oh ok can I come here and wait for her"
"Uh sure just sit down,do you want anything?"
"No I'm good"

I didn't really like y/bf/n. I don't know why but she has a really weird vibe. I sat down waiting for y/n. Y/bf/n sat next to me and she asked if I wanted to watch a movie. A movie wouldn't hurt. I said yes and she put the notebook.
I hated this movie but I didn't have the heart to tell her so I just watched.

The movie finished and y/n still hasn't came home. I was gonna leave cause I had match tomorrow against Girona. I saw y/bf/n phone and she was talking to y/n.
"Hey ask y/n when she's coming home"
"Sure"

I looked at the phone but not making it obvious.
Y/bf/n said she was at the club and was going home with some guy she just met. All that was going through my head was how she was going to do that to me after what she said.
"Uh I'm gonna leave now bye"
"Wait Pedri!"
I stood next to the front door and waited. Y/bf/n kissed me lips and I pulled back. I didn't have feelings for her but I guess it didn't matter to me. She smelt like y/n maybe they use the same perfume. The thought of y/n made me kiss her again. I didn't mean to, I just couldn't help it.
I grabbed her waist and pulled her in. She held on to my face and pulled my hair. I go back and she said bye and I left.

I walked back to my car. I couldn't believe I just kissed her best friend. I went home and slept. I woke up with a text from someone.

are you coming to the match today?

yeah
I slept good

Fuck. Why did I ask her if she's coming. I hope y/n is coming. I want to see her.I tried to text her but it wasn't going through. I think she blocked me. I put my phone down and took a shower and headed to Gavi's house and picked him up and go to training. I was pumped for this match. My 100th game with Barca.

We took a coach to the stadium. I hated long drives but it was fun. Me and Gavi talked about y/n. I told him about the fight and how much I still loved her. He said to tell her my feelings and make up with her. I was nervous. We got to the stadium. My phone buzzed.

Y/bf/n

Hey
I arrived
I'm gonna go eat somewhere

I guess you should come down
to the changing if we win

sure

What was I doing. Y/n,Sira and Mikky came down to the changing rooms. Y/n walked over to me and Gavi.
"Good luck boys" She said she was trying to sound cheerful but she was failing at it.
"Thank y/n" Gavi said. He whispered something into her ear and then walked away.
I wanted to know so I asked her "What did he say to you?"
"Nothing,I know you'll play brilliantly today."
I replied with "Thanks y/n".
I wish she told me what Gavi had said to her.

The match started and I scored in the second half. Y/bf/n did a heart and I gave her one back. I didn't want to be rude. I didn't see y/n the whole match. I wonder where she was.The match finished and we won. I put us 3 more points ahead.

I walked back to the changing rooms and y/bf/n ran in. She ran into my arms and hugged me. She smelt like home. I hugged her tighter. Y/n walks in and she looks confused. Her eyes widened when she realised it was y/bf/n.

"Wtf are you doing here y/bf/n" Y/n yelled.
I felt so guilty.
"What y/n,it's not like you guys are together"
I wanted to punch her so badly.How could she talk to y/n like that.Y/n didn't say anything after that and y/bf/n turned back to me and talked about how 'proud' she was. Y/n gave Gavi a hug. I didn't know what to feel. Gavi was my best friend and I knew he wouldn't take her away from me. I had to talk to y/n soon but I don't know when to.

We left the stadium and we went back to Barcelona. As soon as we got there I got out and  drove Gavi home then myself. I took a shower and then fell asleep. I loved y/n but how can I tell her.

I woke up and saw that y/bf/n texted me.

Y/bf/n

Hey
I need to talk to you

okay
I need to talk to you too

I was going to tell her that I loved y/n and that kissing her was a mistake. I washed my face and brushed my teeth. Changed into some joggers and a hoodie. I got into my car and drove. I knocked on the door and y/bf/n answered.
We went into the kitchen and talked.
"Pedri,I love you will you be my boyfriend."
Before I could say anything she kissed me and I couldn't pull away cause she was holding me tightly and I didn't want to hurt her badly.
She let me go and I pulled away quickly.
"I don't like you I love y/n"
"Then why did you kiss me the other day"
"Cause you smelt like her"
"I don't care, you have to date me or I'll tell people rumours"
"What rumours?" I was so angry.
Before she could say anything y/n walked in and she took some cereal and an orange and ran back upstairs.
"What rumours" I repeated.
"Rumours that could ruin your career" She rolled her eyes at me.
Fuck. I was annoyed at myself. How could I do this to myself and y/n. I guess I was wrong for saying that to y/n. She made me stay over and we went upstairs and she made me lay next to her. I fell asleep cause I was so bored. I got up and saw she was sleeping in my arms. I gave her a look of disgust and got up and went to y/n room.

I walked inside and she wasn't there. Maybe she went out. I saw a picture of her and her family next to her bedside table. She looked beautiful.
Her room was so clean and organised it made me so happy. We had that in common.I sat on the bed and my eyes started tearing up. I wish I didn't kiss y/bf/n. I wanted to beat myself up for it.

Y/bf/n woke up and I ran to the bathroom. I didn't want her to see me cry. I washed my face and got out.

"Hey let's go out for dinner,I know a place"
y/bf/n said.
"Okay." I didn't want to go but I had to, my whole career was on the line.
We got out and she got into my car and drove to the place. I didn't even look at her the whole drive. I just looked at the window.

We got to the place and we walked in.I saw y/n.
I just wanted to grab her face and kiss her. Apologise for everything I have done.

We sat down at the table.I got sushi. I ate in silence. I didn't even want to talk to her. We ate then went home. After she got out the car,I drove home. I got home and went to bed straight away. I begged that this was all a dream and I would wake up and y/n will be in my arms.
