In total we have: 10 thousand and 25 hundred troopers which is a decent army.

It been six months since Y/N and Sona leave Union and everything was quiet.

General Cobra: "Greetings everyone throughout the world and beyond. I am General Cobra, son of Cobra Commander" he said shocking everyone that remember his father.
Damon: "Impossible! Cobra Commander was killed!" He said as he remembered the story.
General Cobra: "As you're know my father was supposed to die at the hands of Gi Joe but in truth he had survive and managed to produce a heir to his terrorist group" he said then many realize what he's about to announce.
Ozpin: "He's not think what I think he's going to do?" He said then behind General Cobra an familiar flag is reveal.
General Cobra: "And so it time for Cobra to rise from the ashes! So rejoice my fellow Cobras that was hiding for Cobra is back!" He said then the screen change to show Moscow at Russia.
Then like so it was destroyed in mere seconds shocking the world.
Asia: "This is horrible! All those lives!" She said.
General Cobra: "That was a small test to show the return of Cobra with the latest weapon: SLPB aka Space Laser Particle Beam on Moscow. Oh and if you try to destroy that Satellite then the defenses will destroy out your attempts" he said.
Ironwood: "dang it!" He yell.
General Cobra: "And since Gi Joe was disbanded I decided that Union and their allies are our enemies but should Gi Joe return then Cobra won't hesitate on wiping them out!" He said.
Hanzo: "This is bad" he said.
General Cobra: "Now as my father usually say: COBRA!" he said then the broadcast end as everyone now know Cobra's back.
